I'm looking for board approval or not so I know whether to keep the option to form it into its own team open or not.

I would be adjusting and testing it for performance as I go. It appears that it is switched on already, but not showing up in the sidebar anymore. I would work on getting that to display there again. Points per referral and for each post a referred person makes is at 50, I would lower that to 5. I would set it so that a referral can only be made through email, etc.

This is part of the line up for the groups function that Im working on. I would add recruiting as a team, or perhaps add it to the outreach team and promote it along with all the other buttons to be set up in the groups tab. (upper right tab bar)

and or to just enable it in general. I could run it through a recruiters or an outreach tab in the groups tab.
