looking for board decision to enable referral system in the side bar (with the potential to be a team)
looking for board decision to have the option to create a fundraisers team
I'm looking to plug these teams into the groups module (upper right side of tabs bar). I could do that by including the 4 indented teams under the one Outreach title. I would then need to create a Fundraising title.

Then another options is to put many of them under the heading of Volunteer. We might want to consider migrating Editors to the leadership sub forums section then since its more technical and would be further divided in this way.

We might run into problems in the future if we want to differentiate the user masks for whatever reasons though.
We could give each one a permissions mask, except for VIP Outreach which is already lumped into Outreach.
