Dose it mean that "2.4g piracetam = 0.3g aniracetam"?

It means that in some test aniracetam scored same value as piracetam in 1/8 of piracetam dose [mg/kg body mass]. Probably as amnesia reversal drug in rats, as its common test for nootropics.
