Sorry if my response seemed a bit harsh but I was just surprised by your quick reply of, "dependency". I have no missgivings about the potential for aquired dependencies but I do not see that development, so far, in my case or this paticular situation. Again, sorry if I came off a bit rough.

No worries. I may have misread your post, but it looked like (at the link) you got sick just after stopping using it. I guess its hard to know if you got sick because you went back to baseline or below it. I'm actually thinking that AGAG is more of a secregogoue and so probably much safer for long term use (still should probably be cycled IMHO) than I originally thought. Many of the studies show it increases pineal secretions. Still, if there was a more natural or cheaper way of inducing this it would be nice. It's too bad that you can't yet use a home method for testing things like GH, Melatonin, Etc levels.

Heres the reply I got to the questions posed after my previous post.

The course of treatment will depend on the results of diagnosis. The individual programme of treatment which will be made specifically for you could be taken by you at home and applied during a month or so.

The blood test for genetic passport could be taken during the same time together with the other blood tests.
The cost of genetic passport is about 1000 USD. The rest analysis, diagnosis and procedures may cost from 2 to 3 thousand USD.

It would be very helpful if you advise your health problems and send us us a summary of you medical case history.

Kind regards,
Olga Mikhailova

Well, my use continues. I took about 2 weeks off, as mentioned before, and during that time a got a nasty influenza that is still slightly lingering with me even now. Does not really bother me and after starting back up on the AGAG my strenght was back, feel good, except at night time when I will get a terrible tickle in my broncial tube of my right lung and causes me some serious coughing. As it turns out, 80% of everyone I know has the same thing so I am going to say that this is totally unrelated other than the AGAG now making me feel better.

I just finished off a vial yesterday and I will now go ahead and try taking it Sub-q. I know I am having results from Sublinqual but as some have shown interest in taking Sub-q I figured I should trial that way and see if there are any ill side effects realized. In addtion, if all goes well, I presume that the dose can be greatly reduced.

I have, several times now, been told that people think I am in my late 30's. I have always looked a bit younger then my age, supposedly, but to look nearly 20 years younger then my age is quite engouraging, and flattering.

I cannot keep up with my hair any longer. Hair cuts are quite expensive hear, $15 to $20, and lately I am having to have it cut weekly so I have given up on cutting my hair, have decided to let it grow long again like I used to when I was younger. The color is also quite intense, not so ashen like it has been for the past few years. I actually had someone ask me if I color my hair, LOL.

I have, for the first time in the past 5 years, been able to start getting muscle gain. My biceps are up by 2", my neck by 1.5", my calfs up 1.5" and my chest and waist are both down by 2" with my wieght having gone up 12lbs in the past 2 months.

My skin continues to improve, it is just so soft and resilient. I still have some wrinkles and I wonder if those will ever completely go away with out doing something else to help remove them. Maybe that kind of extreme external damage will take a lot longer or will require removal, like laser or something? I can definately handle it as the skin on my face is way thicker now.

Does anyone have a line on an affordable telomere test? I think on the 1 year anniversary of taking AGAG I would like to get that done but $800???? Geeezzzz.

I had exactly the same thing (right bronchial tube) last week, and I'm not even taking epitalon.Hong Kong flu? :-D

I have long been a fan of coconut oil but I have not bought any in some time. I was actually going to get into wholesaling it a few years back as I have a very good friend that owns a coconut plantation on the island of Hainan but the whole island got hit by this kind of wasp that wiped out 90% of all the coconut trees, it was really sad.

Yes, I plan to use c60. I also currently take resveratrol, a good amount of vitamin C, 3 liters of water a day, try to get 8 hours of sleep and work out a minimum of 5 days a week. I don't think that any 1 thing is the cure all. It takes a good combination of both supplements and good life style, along with a healthy diet to truely allow for regeneration of your body.

I have been looking into Buckyballs, actually, for over the past 1.5 years. I have been trying to find a good source of raw material but I am leary to do so without having a good way to anylize the content. From the research I have done it is very clear that many suppliers do not take great care in, or concern about, the actual % (content) of buckyballs in comparison to just soot. You would never know unless you have a high power Electron Microscope. From the companies that I feel can be trusted, the c60 is very expensive, I cannot see how it could be selling, at the content claimed, for the price that some are offering so I have reservations.

It kind of surprises me that I see people giving up on everything else and jumping on the c60 bandwagon as a cure all. In fact, the science behind what buckyballs do is very clear, helpful, but it will not reverse age. it can help keep your cells healthy, stop damage, but for those of us who are older, already have considerable damage, it is not going to reverse the age that we have attained. It needs to be taken in conjunction with other supplements, telomerase enhancers, good diet, exercise, water, ect....

OK, any others out there using AGAG, have you checked your height? I did not think about that but my daughters love to check their height often, as they are growing, and they like to check it against me. I relized that I have grown a bit so started checking, morning, afternoon and evening to average out. Turns out that I have gained back about 1/2". At my height (LOL) I used to be 6'1.5" tall. Over the past 20 years I have shrunk to less then 6' but I am now 6'+ (almost 6'.5"). I guess that makes sense if I am getting more rest and my body is renewing.

I've heard that while we sleep, our discs decompress and we get a little taller. Then we get a little shorter over the course of the day. It should be easy to test this by measuring yourself first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

Curious if anyone knows how to get a supply of Irisin? If I can get some, I'd like to post a (non-scientific) log. PM me if you know of a way.

I started taking via sub-q and it was fine but I got a feeling that I was getting too much. How is that? Well, I would base that on a feeling. I just seemed to have an extreme change in my mental state. Could it have been something else, well, yes, possible, anything is possible, but my personal view is that it was the AGAG. I have since gone back to oral and what I have settled out to, what I feel is a good amount for me, is 1mg a day. Given that, even if I can zero in on a good sub-q dose, I just don't see the purpose when oral obviously works.
I have not had a huge amount of external change over the past few months (well at least I don't think so but who knows). On the other hand, internally, I can feel a difference. I just don't have all those aches and pains I had actually gotten use to. I remember even having to pause and take my time getting out of bed before for fear of pulling a muscle or having pain in my back, neck, whatever. I wake up now and litterally bound out of bed. The only aches and pains I have anymore is after I have a seriously heavy workout.
Speaking of workouts, due to personal issues, I have had many instances where I have not been able to hit the gym for 2 weeks at a time. In the past, if I did that, I would have to litterally build myself back up to where I was, would take at least a week of easing in to get there. I don't have that anymore. Ya, I can feel a bit of decline in the first day or two but nothing serious and I bound right back quickly.
The biggest deal, still, is the absolute difference it has made for my wife (can make for her). Depsite the fact that she KNOWS the positive effect it has for her, she will not take it on her own, I have to make sure she takes it. Without it, she is 6 Flags all the way. Within 2 days of being back on it, she is as stable as a rock (also 1mg a day).
Tintinet, the first thing that you should notice, even after only 2 weeks, should be your skin. I am not talking about suddenly big wrinkles going away, it is suddenly your skin becoming really soft, especially on your face. My wife says I have "baby's butt" skin on my face now. LOL. Almost everyone else I know taking AGAG has said the same thing, that it is the first thing that they notice.
I will be through a full year at the end of this month. I will go off through the rest of the year and see if my improvements stay, or, hopefully continue. I will also get another full physical with blood work up in Nov. I will let everyone know what kind of results I get.

Hugo (or others), any updates?

Not much to report here, I'm still gaining more weight on my workouts when I lift scrap. Have started giving ti to my father. He started to feel some stinging in one of he's toes after about a month. This toe he had some feeling lost since some time ago. We have not checked if the feeling is restored in the toe, I want to wait at least another month before checking that.

My skin is smoother as well, but when it comes to wrinkles I doubt there is any reduction. But then I have very few wrinkles, mainly just two in the forehead.(age 31).
I sleep very little don't know if it because AGAG, my twin brother report the same thing. Falls alseep around 2 aclock at night and wakes about 7. Soo 4-5 hours that's the maximum sleep I get. Still I'm full of energy, works out 4-5 tims a week lately. Since the shortning of sleep I'm been workingout that often.

There is noone else that has taken pictures that have taken AGAG, for a long while that have seen changes inline with Sciwalks?

I was talking to my brother in-law a couple of days ago (he is taking AGAG also, age 63) and he said I have to do more to let more people find out about AGAG. I kind of brushed it off, I am not out to be in the AGAG business really, but, after also talking to my partner we decided to do something for people here on longecity.
Right now we will offer 10 people - 1 free vial (50mg) of the AGAG with no other purchase neccessary. You will need to pay for shipping ($25, international) but there is nothing else required, asked or expected, oh, except that you let other know what you think.
I know that 1 vial, maybe only 25 to 50 days worth, is not much but so far, most people see and feel difference within that time so I am willing to do this.
If you want, you can buy more and all can ship within the $25 with the free vial (dilute the shipping costs).
First come, first serve on this offer.

Somone just asked me how much the actual shipping cost is, not sure why, but:

I am in Hong Kong, I ship via Hong Kong Postal Express (3 to 7 days) which provides for tracking and requires a signature on delivery. The cost varies from place to place. I have had some cost as little as $19.30 and others cost as much as $27.50. I just put it at $25 to round out. I am not making money on that if that is what the question was about? My time to pack it, the cost of packaging and having to take it down to the post office is more then any "padding" that may be on the shipping costs. That is not the point here, we just want to give a chance for others to try and hope they will report, better yet, let their friends and family know so they can benefit from it like my friends and family have.

I hope that answers that question for any others but if not, or you have other questions, I am glad to respond.

OK, I hope this isn't against the rules or anything, but, I am getting so many questions in PM's that I know I am going to run over my PM limit. So, please, here is my email address, you can write to me directly - sciwalk at yahoo dot com.
For the three people that asked what they could or should see within the time of the free vial. First, smoother skin. This is the same report back from everyone. Second, more sleep (maybe lucid dreaming) except in the case of Adam and his twin brother :). Thirdly, more energy.
I would like to point out, if there are those willing to try, it really helps, and shows up right away, in leveling out hormones. If you are suffering from PMS or PPD, you might want to give it a try, the results come fast but keep in mind, you may not notice it, but others will.

Me and my brother are trying to figure out if it can be something else that makes us sleep this little. But have not manage to come up with anything other than we have taken some C60 as well during the same time as I started with AGAG the second time.
My father sleeps very good after starting with AGAG and falls asleep quick and sleeps through all the night(deep sleep)
Perhaps you could buy 4 vials of C60 Sciwalk and try it, to rule it out? As the thing that makes us sleep less... but then we are quite young soo might be because of that, that we get reduced sleep compared to other who have taken AGAG.

Nice offer, sciwalk! I'd ask for one, but I doubt any gains would be noticable at my age and that'd hurt the experiment even if it'd benefit me later in life.

Hopefully we'll get some more experiences now.

Party to much? Well then I would be sleeping more...
I bought from c60antiaging.com I took 5 ml in the beginning now only about 2,5 ml. If it is C60 then it did take 2 month or soo before I noticed anything. Soo if you buy 4 vials it would be maybe when you start running out of it. 50 ml in one bottle soo just 10 days per bottle... suggest just take double dose on the first 2 bottles then just 2,5 ml.
My brother just finished he's second bottle though.

I would really like to get some people in Europe to try some. I already have the full 10 people but I will do a few more if I can get some people in Europe to ask. I would like to get some better diversity.
A little more info also on some feed back I have recieved.
It appears that the AGAG is not going to provide you much noticible difference if you are say, in your 30's or even early 40's depending on your current condition. That is not to say it won't potentially help in the long run, but, at those ages your are near your prime. The best results, more noticible, is late 40's to mid 60's.
It kind of makes sense I guess. You need to be hitting the right time in your life to both be able to have enough telomere length left and yet not so much that you don't see a change.
From my experiance so far, I see enough benefit that regardless of how much telomere change I may have, I am happy I tried it.
Thank you to those that requested. I will get that all put together and ship out tomorrow, or the next day. depending on my work schedule. I do have to take my real job also, LOL :)

I found this in Russian on epitalon. Unfortunately, not a word on telomeres. Rather, it appears to act like a regulatory hormone stimulator (which may make it unwise to start and stop abruptly, like, say with hydrocortisone). Below is google translation of the conclusion:

Effect of light conditions, melatonin and epithalon on biomarkers of aging, age-related pathology, and life expectancy (an experimental study), Topic dissertations on WAC 14.00.53, MD Vinogradova, Irina. 2009

http://www.dissercat...rastnuyu-patolo

Conclusion

Presented in this paper data show marked differences in the function of the pineal gland in aging in different lighting conditions. In aging, melatonin production is reduced, similar to the reduction of the pineal function by constant lighting. Growing melatonin deficiency plays an important role in the development of aging, age-related pathology and cancer. Normalization of the circadian rhythm of melatonin and its secretion in aging organisms is one of the most important approaches in the treatment and prevention of age-related diseases and cancer, as well as geroprotection. Melatonin replacement therapy requires further refinement schemes and doses of application depending on the cause of the lack of this hormone, such as in the case of premature aging in people living in northern Russia or working with an inverted light. Pineal synthetic peptide Epitalon is a promising tool for the stimulation of endogenous melatonin secretion during aging in humans. Comprehensive assessment of long-term use of melatonin, epithalon and, for the prevention of age-related pathology, reducing the aging process and the development of tumors is possible with the application of appropriate experimental models. This model can be a rat, because these animals secretion of melatonin has the same circadian rhythm, as in humans and undergoes the same marked dysfunction in the aging process. Longitudinal method of research, which has been applied by us, is the most appropriate because it involves observation of the same animals over a long period from youth to old age and death. This approach allows to accurately compare the rate of aging in different experimental groups. Chronic administration of melatonin and epithalon in our study allowed us to estimate their safety. Significant modifying factor in aging and carcinogenesis is a disruption of the normal alternation of light and darkness, leading to desynchronization of circadian rhythms. Exposure to light at night can be seen as one of the environmental factors that lead to the disruption of homeostasis and accelerate the development of a number of age-related diseases. Our results can prove crucial position that desynchronosis epiphysis due to light pollution, show signs of accelerated aging and increased incidence of age-related diseases, including tumors. Effective means to reduce aging, especially early, and age-related diseases may be melatonin and epithalon that can inhibit free radical processes and to compensate or to stimulate the pineal gland hormone.

What is translated as epiphysis from эпифиз, in Enlgish means an end of a long bone, but clearly has a different meaning in Russian:

Posted Image

In short and informally, they messed up rats' health by keeping them under lights 24/7 or natural light conditions in Karelia (characterized by "white nights" in early summer and very short days in winter). Supplementation with melatonin and epitalon prevented the premature onset of aging in these animals. They found that the natural light/dark cycle was best for rats (but not Karelia-natural). Keeping the animals in complete darkness "slows age-related changes of most indicators of biological age and aging, reduces the risk of cancer and prolong life expectancy" due to upregulation of melatonin production.
