I feel like an idiot. I sent two important G-mails to people I don't know enclosing content they could reprint. I just found out they might be full of ads that G-mail added. That sucks. I thought G-mail was a grown up alternative to other emails but they may have made me look bad. I hate that.

Anyone else know anything about G-mail adding ads to their emails? Is there a way to stop it? What else do they do that is bad?

What email do you recommend?

Most free email providers insert ads into emails, I don't get them with gmail so either you can turn it off or it only does it sometimes, also I think you can upgrade gmail if it is connected to a business then I presume you wont get ads.
Otherwise if you really want to be professional you need to get your own domain and run your email account from that.
