“Sodium Fluoride is a synthetic waste product of the nuclear, aluminum, and phosphate fertilizer industries. This fluoride has an amazing capacity to combine and increase the potency of other toxic materials. The sodium fluoride obtained from industrial waste and added to water supplies is also already contaminated with lead, aluminum, and cadmium.”
Natural Water already has natural levels of flouride in it. The Problem is the added flouride into the water which is known for "Dumbing Down Society".
Sodium fluoride is a known hostile predator in nearly all water sources.. intentionally released to stalk the systems of imbibers just about everywhere. Hitler used it in Germany’s water supply in an effort to gain Nazi control over the minds of the masses.. what has been happening in governments around the world since then is no different.. dangerous synthetic sodium fluoride is pumped into water supplies and dumped into ground water sources to help ensure foremost that people will not mind having someone else like Big Brother do their thinking for them.

Good for them, but the governement has no right to put substances whose safety is controversed, it's up to each individual to take care of himself and not the governement do the job for us overall when the method is dubious.
I don't want to be medicated through water without my consent, if Americans have a worse dental health it's because they don't take care of it, but wait they're free to not take care of it, it's up to each individual to do something about it.
I don't think it significantly reduce health care costs, the US healthcare issue is more than about fluoridated water.

To the people asserting a government conspiracy of water fluoridation to 'dumb down' the masses:
-How do you possibly expect those in charge of such a program to avoid fluoridated water themselves, given how abundant it is? E.g., let's say you buy a can of spaghetti sauce, and the manufacturer used fluoridated water while processing it. Even if you live in an area with no water fluoridation or filter it out of your tap water, there's still exposure in anything processed.

Sodium Flouride is a toxic chemical that is labaled as Hazardous material. You see any Hazard signs on Green tea? Its just another lie trying to scare people away from green tea. You'd have to drink up to 30 cups a day to even come close to reaching the maximum limit of Flouride.
Tea Camellia sinensis (L.), a perennial shrub, is cultivated in acidic soils. It has been noted that the occurrence of fluorosis in some inhabitants of pastoral and semiagricultural, semipastoral areas of Sichuan Province, People’s Republic of China, is due to drinking a large quantity of tea liquor made from brick tea. Brick tea is made from fallen leaves and old leaves, and is not a considered a quality tea. The fluoride (F) contents of tea bushes and soil samples collected from five plantations from Guangdong Province, People’s Republic of China, were tested. Fluorine accumulated mainly in leaves, especially in fallen leaves. The F concentration in fallen leaves (0.6–2.8 mg/g) were higher than that in young leaves (0.3–1.0 mg/g). Their concentrations were related to the total F and extractable F contents in the top soil (0–20 cm). In addition, soil pH and extractable Al concentration also affected the F contents in soils and plant tissues. Two methods (repeated and continuous) of infusing tea were employed to brew 17 brands of tea leaves in six categories: green tea, black tea, oolong tea, pureh tea, brick tea and black tea from England and Sri Lanka. In general, F contents in the infusions accounted for 24 to 83% of the total F contents of the original tea leaf samples. The cumulative F contents detected in the tea liquor prepared by repeated infusion were slightly higher than those prepared by continuous infusion. Brick tea released an extremely high F content (7.34 mg/litre), when compared with release from black tea (1.89 mg/litre) or green tea (1.60 mg/litre). In order to prevent development of fluorosis, the maximum consumption of fu-brick tea and black brick tea should be 1.7 litres and 4.8 litres/day respectively.
Abstract
In order to assess the levels of fluoride ingestion through intake of tea, studies were conducted with four different brands of tea leaves commonly available in the Indian market. Four most prevalent methods for the preparation of tea with various contact times (2,4,6,8 and 10 min) of tea leaves with water show that: (a) leaching of fluoride is least in case of leaf tea as compared to powdered tea (F levels increasing with decreasing grain size); ( B) leaching of fluoride reaches a maximum after a contact of about 6 min; © there is no difference between levels of fluoride with or without addition of milk in the English style where tea leaves are not boiled, while for the Indian style, addition of milk and subsequent boiling resulted in reduction of fluoride levels and (d) ingestion of fluoride per cup of tea ranged from 1.55 mg/l to 3.21 mg/l amounting to an intake per day per person of fluoride between 0.3 to 1.9 mg.

Thanks for posting this study, it truly shows the evil nature of fluoride and why everyone should avoid it as much as possible.Luke, Jennifer (March-April 2001). "Fluoride Deposition in the Aged Human Pineal Gland". Caries Res 2991 (35): 125–28. PMID 11275672

The FDA requires this warning because children who swallow too much fluoride toothpaste can suffer acute poisoning, even death. In fact, a single tube of bubble-gum flavored Colgate-for-Kids toothpaste contains enough fluoride (143 mg) to kill a child weighing less than 30 kg. (Whitford 1987a).
While fatalities from fluoride ingestion are rare (the last reported death occurred in 2002), bouts of acute fluoride poisoning are not. Acute fluoride poisoning, which occurs at doses as low as 0.1 to 0.3 mg per kg of bodyweight, generally presents in the form of gastric pain, nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, and flu-like symptoms. (Akiniwa 1997; Gessner 1994). A child weighing 10 kg would only need to ingest 1 to 3 grams of paste (less than 3% of a tube of Colgate-for-Kids) to experience one or more of these symptoms.
Although it is believed that many poisoning incidents from fluoride toothpaste go undiagnosed and unreported (Shulman 1997), the number of calls to Poison Control Centers in the U.S. for fluoride poisonings from toothpaste has skyrocketed since the FDA issued its poison warning. Indeed, in the early 1990s (prior to the FDA’s warning), there were about 1,000 poisoning reports each year from fluoride toothpaste. (Shulman 1997). Today, there are over 23,000 reports a year, resulting in hundreds of emergency room treatments.
