Hello, all. I'm taking advantage of my membership privileges to add my stack to the fray and receive tips for it's modification. I'll start with my goals, then jump right into my stack. The following comprises the core of my current stack.
Stats
Adult male, late-thirties, ADHD but otherwise very healthy (if not a bit overweight, BMI=28.0), GERD, slightly elevated BP (135/85), nothing scary showed up on my 23andMe genotyping, no family history of anything ominous (grandparents all alive, all well into 80s and 90s, only one major surgery between the four of them).
Goals
1. ADHD relief (i.e., improve focus)
2. Weight loss/fitness
3. Cognitive enhancement
4. Longevity
5. Improve sleep quality
'Scripts
Omeprazole (Prilosec) - 20mg as needed for GERD
Mirtazapine (Remeron) - 7.5mg to aid sleep
Zaleplon (Sonata) - 10mg for sleep [when mirtazapine-along doesn't cut it]
Vyvanse (lisdexamphetamine) - 60mg for ADHD [considering switching to Focalin (dexmethylphenidate)]
Stack
I usually break my stack down into three sections. You can think of it as Morning, Midday, and Evening if that helps. The stack has a tendency to change in the presence of stimulant medication, so what I'm listing is my basic stack (non-ADHD med day).
Morning
300mg N-acetyl-L-tyrosine (non-ADHD med days)
450mg Ashwagandha root extract (1.0% alkaloids; 1.5% withanolides)
500mg ALCAR
100mg Na-RALA
300mg Siliphos
Double X multivitamin
Midday
10mg LEF BioPQQ
100mg Ubiquinol
400mg LEF Super Bio-Curcumin
RevGenetics Nitro 250 resveratrol
Evening
2 capsules Vimmortal
1 softgel LEF Super Zeaxanthin
Grapeseed extract or Pycnogenol (I switch these off, use one until the bottle's gone, then use the other until the bottle's gone)
20mg Lycopene
Before Bed
1 capsule ZMA
Toss in a few grams of fish oil for good measure and that just about completes my stack.
In reserve, I've tried and have available piracetam, aniracetam, pyritinol, bacopa, lion's mane, and L-dopa.
