I am having
toxicity from a sunifiram interaction; this is described in my post
here. My general message is to be careful with ampakine drugs that may not have a favorable toxicity profile at high doses, preferring those of the benzoylpiperidine or benzoylpyrrolidine series. Moreover, even though the drugs themselves may in isolation be safe, interactions with other stimulants may make them quite unsafe.
The safest thing to do may be to research and
acquire AMPA NAMs (negative allosteric modulators) with the same vigor that you apply toward AMPA PAMs (positive allosteric modulators). I think this will in theory allow you to conveniently cancel any excess effects. What do you think?
