I'm new to this whole supplementation stuff and I've been doing some research and found some supplements that I have tried but would like to know if they can be combined into a stack
If anyone could give me dosage information it would be appreciated
The supplements with the bold mg are the ones that are in capsule form so I can't alter the amount per capsule but the other ones I can cap
