azabirko, is this the item which to get the 750 mg of nardosinone: http://www.amazon.co...31100163&sr=1-1
A few more questions about this supplement:
1) Is it safe to take in long-term (potentially your whole life daily)
2) What are the common side-effects from taking this, how likely are those side-effects
3) It seems to be a sedative that calms the mind, i find it hard to believe it makes reactions faster, can you detail your experience with it in more detail? So when is an optimal time to take this?
thanks for the info btw

one more thing, ngf eyedrops at 200 mcg daily, will cost USD $310 daily???? holy shit, thats too expensive, there isnt any other cheaper supplier of this stuff cause it looks promising

1) I don't know.
2) There are many side effects, most common are headaches and sleepiness. Search it up for more info.
3) Well, it does. I take it at 6 am. It did make me slower at first, but i overcame that phase. I use it 6 days a week, skipping sunday.

No, people need to make a profit - so you'd need to know someone in the chem business.

Just out of curiosity on the Amazon link for Nardosinone containing products, which of those have you been using? The capsules didn't specify 750mg, but I'm assuming that is what they are.

Also just for reference, how much do you get the NGF eyedrops for from your friends in the chem business?

I work in a chemistry field where I MAY be able to look into it.

Just to be clear, do you just eat the nardostachys supplement whole, or do you you extract it somehow?

Also:

10ml Ashitaba (Two teaspoons)
Increases NGF production by 20%.

I have no idea where you're getting this from.

You should add some Noopept to that stack, it increases NGF and BDNF in rat hippocampus.

Anyway, that's quite an interesting stack you've got there. NGF has definately shown promise in it's discovered Rita Levi-Montalcini who said in an interview "I can say my mental capacity is greater than when I was 20 because it has been enriched by so many experiences, in the same way that my curiosity and desire to be close to those who suffer has not diminished.".

Increasing my levels of NGF and BDNF are now higher up on my ToDo list, thank you OP!

Green tea is a nice possible addition to the NGF stack

Also very interested in any updates...

Wouldn't it be beneficial to take the Nardosinone/Jatamansi in the evening? If it enhances neurons and NGF but promotes sounds sleep, that doesn't sound like something I want to be taking during the day when I need to be accomplishing many things.

So theorectically you could use it as a sleep aid in the evening and still retain the positive benefits on the neurons and NGF?

Anyone know any herbs that act as PKR inhibitors? Just makes increasing NGF more worthwhile.

Why is that?

Here you go:

14.9 COGNITIVE BENEFIT OF WOLFBERRY

Traditionally, wolfberry was not particularly considered for preventing loss of cognitive function in

an aged population; but this may be due to fact that our average life span did not exceed 50 years until

the early twentieth century (Zhang and Zhang 2009). Amyloid-beta (A β or Abeta) is a peptide of

39–43 amino acids that, by increasing the activity of caspase-3 and lactate dehydrogenase (Anfuso,

Lupo, and Alberghina 1999; Ho et al. 2007; Yu et al. 2007), causes neuronal apoptosis (neurotoxicity)

and is suggested to be the main component of amyloid plaques in cerebral vasculature and in

Alzheimer’s disease associated with aging. Extract of wolfberry prevented double-stranded RNAdependent

protein kinase (PKR) from being phosphorylated by Abeta, thereby inhibiting caspase-3

and lactate dehydrogenase (Yu et al. 2005, 2007).

About nardosinone, is this dosage correct: 750mg.
Isn't it a lot of nardosinone?
