I placed an order (Noopept, Ani, Oxi, and a few other items) on Thanksgiving day, it was shipped that Saturday and I received it the following Tuesday.

I ordered some picamillon 150 from Amazon a few months ago. The seller (not Amazon) communicated well, was fast and provided me a counterfeit jar of, well whatever it was it wasn't picamillon (the labeling looked suspect and the lot number stamp on the bottle wasn't legitimate, which I had to contact the manufacturer to find out).

Look, last year I had a frustrating experience with CH so I understand some of this, but to be honest some of the vitriol that is aimed at CH pisses me off. Why? Because when you frame the whole discussion in terms of CH being a "Scam" your intent is not to talk about delays in ordering, the intent is to destroy CH which, even with one frustrating situation, in my opinion/experience is still the best vendor out there for this stuff.

If you don't like CH, fine don't buy from him. If you had a bad experience, fine objectively describe your experience to others as will others who have had both good and bad ones and let people decide if they want to do business with him. But trying to do a character assassination due to delayed, or even way late, product? Fuck off troll, you've got too much time on your hands.

You can insult my dealer, just don't close him down. I don't want to be left with trying to buy a key of piracetam on a run down street corner at two a.m.

My God, you guys can be the biggest bunch of whiners sometimes. We get slammed with orders and you're lucky you can even get half the stuff we offer and then people go on here and complain they don't get their orders in two days. Please have some patience!!! Your orders are being processed. And Daniel, you have been refunded. In regards to the NAC order, while we just got more in stock, I will be happy to refund your order. Just let me know your order number or last name and method of payment.

hey dp1, if you were my customer, I'd fire you too. How did you act, what was your general disposition... your energy is telling, I suspect this is exactly the way you started your communications with CH. BTW, I've talked with him at least twice on the phone. I also wonder if you may have skipped an escalation step or two, my sympathies.

CH has been on point for every cross-border shipment to me. And we are not exactly on the same side of the continent. Maybe you're just unlucky, or worse. FWIW, delays happen... once I waited almost a month for neurotine... the next piracetam shipment was a week to ten days tops...

You are aware that there is a supply chain involved (ie shipping, time-space non-locality, et al). Why don't you go bust balls at DHL or UPS or something?

and some of you guys just rock yourselves!!! I appreciate your support and positive feedback. we are sincerely trying to get orders out as fast as we can but we do run into some problems from time to time.

Synapse, I am a first time Customer of CH and Ordered your Piracetam powder 100g, I'm in the U.K and it took 5 days I think, anyway I was impressed.

My question is: on the label it says Poracetam 99%, could you tell me what the 1% filler that is used is?, I'd be very greatful!.

I wish my question from 23rd December would be answered.

I don't know whether CH are avoiding answering the 1% question, but I take Their Piracetam and I want to know what I am ingesting, for my own peace of mind. I have also emailed them with no reply as of yet, including another question about obtaining the COA.

Their Piracetam is more expensive than a lot of other Companies, but I don't mind paying more because I heard they have top quality epuipment for the manufacturing of suppliments, and have recently passed an FDA inspection.


Hoping Synapse, or someone else from CH will read this, and respond soon!.

I don't think anyone truly knows what that 1% impurity of these chinese powders is... could be anything, really.

The powders are really cheap, and thorough testing is probably pricey so I wouldn't get my hopes up of finding an answer; I couldn't find one myself.

I Think they have to test batches of the powder, and the COA will reveal the impurities, but whether they are happy sharing this info, I don't know.

Aha, useful thread.

I did place an order for Epiphany D1 on 10 Jan, 2013 and my current Google Wallet status shows "Not yet shipped". So I was beginning to wonder what might be wrong. I did send a polite email on 18 January, asking for an update and an ETA on the order. Alas no response, which only added to the unease.

Hello, I recently placed an order with cerebral health and I wanted to leave my review and I hope it is read. It is disappointing to see these bad reviews towards cerebral health because they treated me very well. I placed my order and within five days it was shipped and delivered containing everything I ordered. The product is effective and seems of quality. I appreciate this company and it is sad to see these bad reviews. For me, it was great. Thank you synapse!

every company gets good and bad reviews in the end, especially when they have been around for a while. it would help their cause if they responded to my emails a little more quickly. i don't expect the kind of OMG-that-was-quick service i get from some of the newer retailers such as liftmode, new star nootropics, smartpowders (though they aren't new, but are brilliant), even elevated labs for a while (but not anymore), because after all they are doing their best to make it as new vendors. However, it would be nice if the replies from cerebral took less than 4 or 5 days. seriously guys - your prices are higher but your service is lower. just shape up a bit and we'd flood back to ya. companies such as smartpowders have maintained their excellent service over the years instead of sliding into the slow lane.

Fair enough, but I have sent three emails had no response from them over the last three weeks, which by anyone's definition is bad customer service. If it was not for this thread and the few positive reviews, I would have called my credit card company and notified them that I think I was scammed.

For what it's worth, my experience: I got the aniracetam and sulbutiamine I ordered from Cerebral Health delivered to my door within reasonable time and without hassle, and will definitely order again (can I get a discount now? [just kidding!]). Just wish your noopept was a tad less pricey. ;)

Could you please tell me how long it will take until I receive my Piracetam? I ordered 1 Kilogram on the 1st of February for $97 (+ $1 for the Google Wallet transaction). I called today and there was no answer.

As far as the product, it has not delivered the intended effect. I'm taking it twice a day and barely notice a difference. The miniscule (and I mean miniscule) feeling I get might as well be a placebo for all I know.

I've been taking it daily for two weeks. Should I take more than two a day? Three at once in the morning? I really want this to work and would hate to go through the hassle of a refund.

But I will if need be. I don't like getting scammed.

Nootropics don't work for everyone, different things work for different people. If your brain is in good working condition, it is furthermore unlikely that you will gain much from supplementation, however given the ingredients in Epiphany you should be experiencing some effect.

I ordered another batch of Piracetam + Noopept and the stuff arrived fast and on time, again no complaints here, haven't tested the contents, but as usual I trust Cerebral Health.
