IDK about rebuilding collagen. but most people drink tart cherry juice to reduce gout / uric acid (which is one type of cause of arthritis). you can get your uric acid levels tested (regular blood exam) and some genes contribute to elevated uric acid levels.
just google: gout tart cherry
if you have arthritis for reasons unrelated to gout, I'm not sure it would be beneficial. tho it probably wouldn't hurt.

I like your name, Snowbell. I tried tart cherry for joint pain but it didn't help me. I had slightly elevated uric acid levels.

Thank you ! Any other recommendation for arthritis ? My mom has osteoarthritis. She has tried Glucosamine but didn't help her much.
