You should look up pics of bodybuilders during their bulk and after their cut. Its amazing what can be done with the right diet and the right training. But they don't maintain that cut body for long. Just for show season.

The few serious lifters in my gym all have belly fat. They don't compete anymore. Unless you remain skinny, most men will always have belly fat.

I myself carry more abdominal fat than I want to. That's my genes. When I did CRON before weight training my abs looked awesome, but I grew tired of being skinny and living that lifestyle. Now I am muscular with no abs. And I don't eat sugar and I dont eat that many carbs... Rice oatmeal quinoa fruit.

I will have to look into this freezing thing...

Guys like The Rock who always look good and are big are juicing.

It takes devotion and it takes time. You're looking at about 4 months of regularly eating well and exercise. Cardio plus resistance training.

I have not read this whole thread..... some good stuff, and some bad stuff is what I see here.

Abdominal fat is genetic. Men's bodies tend to place fat cells in the abdomen. I had a roommate in my younger days whose body would distribute fat equally all over.... The lucky bastard could be 20lbs over weight and still be proportional without having a big gut.

You want to get rid of belly fat, then you have to reduce body fat levels to very low levels that most people can't hold themselves at for very long.

My advice is find a nutrional plan that you can live with. Find an exercise plan that you can maintain. Your bodies genetics will work out the rest. We're not all 160lb 22yo male models with no body fat.

There are things out there like clen that can help you lose fat, but stuff like that is temporary since you can't run it forever. If fat accumulation is from age and hormonal decline (T and HGH) then those things can be addressed but I advise and T replacement unless its medically required. But get nutrition and exercise under control and let DNA do the rest.

Sometimes you gotta love yourself the way you were made.

Calorie restriction will not just reduce fat, it will also make you live longer. If you don't have insulin resistance, just eating less is enough to lose weight, no matter the proportion of carbs, fats or proteins. But it's insulin resistance and over eating which makes you store fat in the first place, so what you eat matters.

Fat you eat is fat you wear. Also, carbs don't cause insulin resistance. Fat does. Further, converting carbs to fat requires energy. Storing fat one ate doesn't. Denovolipogenesis, meaning storing sugar as fat, doesn't happen even 10%.

Meat is more insulinogenic than carbs. Insulin isn't your enemy. Fat makes itnsulin your enemy. Ditch the Fat. You have too much already. If body needs it, it will find it from within.

Exercise is not a good way to burn fat. Use exercise as a way to make your body healthier so that it burns more fat even when you're not exercising. More muscle = higher BMR = more fat burning. Don't want to exercise? No problem, you'll have to pay even more attention to diet.

Have adequate sleep. Reduce stress. If you're into biking, it will serve to provide exercise as well as relieve stress. HIIT is best bang for the buck. Resistance and cardio both will improve health. Pick whatever you like.

Nothing burns fat as much as fasting. But law of diminishing returns kicks in very fast with fasting. The more you fast, the more body tries to conserve stored fat. Fasting will also help in reducing insulin resistance. Fasting won't burn muscle, except damaged cells. Autophagy. It's good. Only starvation burns good muscle. You won't starve in 2 weeks. Or even a month. Don't go extreme. Seek help of a doctor if you want to go extreme.

Some foods have compounds that help you build muscle, like green tea and cacao, but their effects are weak. Their effects will be more pronounced when your diet is optimum. A tea spoon of oil or one egg will offset all benefits of green tea or cacao. Apple cider vinegar is good too.

Fiber is important. Whole grains and beans are way to go. If your current diet doesn't have much fiber, go easy on fibers at start, or you'll fart. Your gut needs to build proper microbiom before you can reap benefits. Takes a week, or more.

If you want lazy unsustainable quick way, just eat salads or drink your vegetables as green smoothies for a month. Keep them low calories, meaning no fats, don't overdo fruits or don't add fruits at all. Raw vegetables are so calorie dilute that you can eat them as many as you like.
Use your best judgement. Don't binge on avocados 24x7. Dark leafy greens are your friends.

I did 15 days water fast and then 1 month smoorhies. Extreme, I know. Worked like a charm. Wasn't particularly enjoyable or tough. I am vegetarian since birth so didn't have to ditch meat, but you can if you want. I have ditched processed fat (oil) and haven't gained any weight I lost in 6 months. I was in healthy BMI range before, I'm healthier now.

There are 50,000+ books on Amazon on the topic. Meaning there's no silver bullet. There are ways, each with a caveat. Because body wants to maintain homeostasis.

Wanted to keep this short but there's too much misinformation around, you feel need to explain more thoroughly.

The previous post is the best. With no carbs own fat is the only energy source with resulting weight loss. + consume metabolism boosting drugs and steroids. All weight lifting is bad for joints and perhaps shortens life

The accumulation of fat is usually closely related to lifestyle habits. If you want to get rid of abdominal fat, maybe you can do this.

On the one hand, develop good living habits. You need to eat a balanced diet, pay attention to portion sizes, avoid overeating, and increase your intake of fiber-rich foods such as fruits and vegetables. Moderate intake of protein-rich foods can help enhance your metabolism and increase your feeling of fullness. At the same time, you should focus on exercise in your daily life to help burn calories and reduce abdominal fat.

On the other hand, maybe you've heard of Semaglutide, a weight-loss drug commonly sold under the brand names Ozempic, Rybelsus and Wegovy, which is an effective appetite suppressant. A recent study showed that Semaglutide's weight loss effect is effective in many areas, especially the stomach, and can help patients lose abdominal fat and improve their health.

Best but equally important is to limit alcohol consumption. Usually alcoholic drinks are high in calories, which can lead to an increase in abdominal fat. If you feel like drinking, you can limit your intake or choose low-calorie alcoholic beverages.

In my country ethanol is made from oil or droppings. Has smell of shet and probably similar taste. No one buys it last 5 years or so. No antiseptic properties as well.

I recommend reading flex magazine from 90s. Many good articles with scientific facts. Like it turned out that all those.diets are crappy and bodybuilders should eat everything. It's the best. Most of fat is from flour not even from sugar! By the way

It turned out.that presense of carbs in blood prolonged proteins' presence in blood as well which was required for muscles to avoid self-eating. So carbs themselves stimulate muslce protection. Indeed if u have a sex partner why just not make sex instead of doing all this crappy bodybuilding? I think it's for rich fools who believe they won't ever die or for losers who think it will make them a career.
