BDNF ... move around, see friends, laugh, eat well, sleep well, quit booze and smoking ( that is a real BDNF KILLER ! ) .. do fun stuff ... that will take care of the BDNF ... oh and most important don't take life serious and stick your tongue out often ! lol

Any updates on the original poster's experiences? There seems to be little supporting evidence and even less research on this drug.

I am also an advocate for Noopept. I noticed increased verbal fluency when talking in foreign languages, my computers seems to work too slow. I was first using it in 10mg caps from Powdercity along with alpha-GPC powder, than I found a stack, combined with huperzine-A and higher percentage of active alpha-GPC (Examfit by Brainlabs). I m looking forward to combine it with  phenibut, expecting some wicked dreams:D

If I point out just the exercise:
-aerobic (cardio) to increase BDNF (and also NGF)

-anaerobic (resistance) to increase IGF-1 (and a little bit of NGF)

 

Especially short sprints are beneficial.
