If both you and the distributot are in the EU your package won't be checked.

Yes 20g is going to be sent to the US to myself and 10g to the UK to ScianceGuy for redistribution.

I'm not one of the guys who have bought this (but interested if anyone sells 0.5-1g though), but do you have any time schedule on what is going to happen? I.e. when order is placed, how long product will take and then how long to send everything?

One question about our EU distributor. It was previously mentioned that the packages from USA will be sent out as l-cysteine. Is it the case also for our EU distributor? I have very wary customs at my home country and if the UK package marked PRL-8-53 would turn up it would be confiscated. I am asking this just to be sure.

It's against the law for custom officers to confiscate drugs that aren't on the scheduled drug list. And for it to be included on such a list it would have to be tested by the FDA and other institutions of the kind (which PRL 8-53 hasn't). They couldn't even confiscate the drug even if they new it was a new narcotic, unless it's listed.

Depends on what country. In Sweden the custom are allowed to keep things they THINK might get listed soon, and they ban things that are sold in pharmas and shit in other countries. My guess is that PRL could be classified as something like that (due to the research) in Sweden atleast.

Same at here. Ordering noopept from UK ended up it being confiscated. Ordering ashwagandha from UK ended up it being confiscated also because it listed as drug in our country. Same for bacopa. And so on and on. If possible discreet envelope without mention of inside would be great and l-cysteine marked on pouch inside the envelope in case the envelope is opened. I dont want to be fear monger but better to be cautios with customs of some EU countries rather than loose the valuable item due to confiscation.

Exactly, also EU decided to make it legal to sell Melatonine OTC, in Finland they sell it and its even produced there but you still will get into trouble if you buy it online.
Here in Sweden its still only prescription and its not even registered here as a medicine.. the doctor must get your pharmacy to get a license to sell it and so on.

OK I should be able to place the order this coming Monday . I will be depositing the checks that I have received so far tomorrow afternoon. For those of you in the EU and UK you need not worry ScienceGuy will be mailing your packages and he has done this before. So after the order is placed it should be anywhere from 4-8 weeks tell we all receive our samples based on location. I will have all the packaging set up before hand so I can mail out the samples as quickly as possible.

Is AD for alzheimer disease or for attention defficit ? This would definitly help alzheimer patients but i dont know if it would impact attention span. Some say that the working memory is hand in hand eith short term memory... If this is true it's possible that your gains with short term impact your working memory, therefore your attention span.

By the way, are the effects permanent or do you need to be ON PLR-853 to benefit from it ?

Good job Q !!

Well my friend, i bet you are at the best place you could be (ie this thread) and things are looking good for you. It will be very interesting following your progress. you may just be a few weeks away from overcomming and reversing your affliction. Not trying to add more hype here, i just a good feeling about this one.

Aha, yes that would be terrible if I had it and perhaps this thread would be a godsend. Sorry for the miscommunication there. I had seen other users use AD instead of antidepressant wthin this forum, so I adopted it.

Hmm ok. Good ! I'm no neurologist but your Guanfacine seem to have a few side effects and bad interactions. If it's safe to drop it i would. Dont know much about antidepressent, aren't they good for neurogenesis ? Prl853 and nsi189 seem a bit more promising in terms of neurogenesis

Hey SF as you know Im on the group buy for NSI189 which I hope could fix some of the brain damage I got from fluoroquinolones... I kind of ignored this thread cuz I thought that this PRL853 was just another nootropic with temporary effects... Now you say its very promising "in terms of neurogenesis"? Looks more interesting to me if its the case...

I know nsi189 induces neurogenesis in the hypocampus. Not sure of the mechanism of action and outcomes of plr853...'i'm just curious about the possibility of improving working memory and possibly increase the brain's buffer(rentention increase) ;) i also want to make sure the substance doesn't interfere with sleep.

Unfortunately, given the nature of EUROPE as a whole comprising different countries each with their own IMPORT REGULATIONS and well as EU REGULATIONS being interpretted differently by the respective EU MEMBER COUNTRIES caution here is indeed warranted ;)

Even where a substance is perfectly legal for import it has been known for CUSTOMS officials to be overzealous and hold the item... I think the saying "Better Safe Than Sorry" applies here :)

Therefore, how I would propose that we handle the shipping to EUROPEAN participants is that BY DEFAULT I will mail out the PRL SAMPLES in the same manner in which I dispatched the COLURACETAM samples, wherein anyone can OPT OUT by sending me a PM MESSAGE requesting as such, in which case the package (including its CUSTOMS DECLARATION FORM) will instead be labelled specifically with its SYSTEMATIC NAME; however, please kindly note that in such instances I cannot be held responsible if your country's CUSTOMS seizes the package. It should be noted that a couple of people chose to do this for their COLURACETAM sample and whilst one person did receive his, the other DID NOT and it is my understanding that CUSTOMS seized the package, even though it was not appropriate for them to do so ;)

The package in all instances will be labelled "SAMPLE - NOT FOR RESALE" so as to distinguish the fact that it is NOT a commercial item; and I would recommend that Q does the same for all the packages that he dispatches (wherein he likely already intends to do this) ;)
