Here is the update you have all been waiting for.
I am going to make this quick and to the point. (Have been very busy as of late)

The order with ScienceGuys supplier is being put into effect and the synthesis time is not very long.

We will have 55.5 participants at $80 each. 24 participants are already paid in from the original group buy therefore we will be adding 31.5 new participants (recall one person dropped out from the original group buy). This equates to 1.8g per participant: 360 doses based on a 5mg dosage in study.

I will be personal messaging persons who have already messaged me to reserve their spots to see is they are still in and to give them the URL for the PayItSqure page and passcode if they are still in.

Shipping will cost around $15.00 (hopefully less) to be paid in at a later date by all 55.5 participants. This is based on the NIS-189 groups buy average shipping cost of $14.50. Therefore, the total will be around $95.00 but recall the $15.00ish will not be due for a couple weeks.

UPDATE:

I am conscious that everyone would like to get the ball rolling regarding the group buy of PRL-8-53.

Please kindly note the following key points:

1) The total cost per gram of PRL-8-53 = US$42 + 23% EU VAT + 4% PAYPAL FEE = US$53.34 / GRAM

2) SHIPPING COST of US$14.50 must be paid in addition to this, per participant.

Therefore, a total payment by each participant of US$80.00 will provide each participant with (80 - 14.50) / 53.34 = 1.228 GRAMS of PRL-8-53 (i.e. NOT 1.8 GRAMS)

Alternatively, if a larger quantity per participant is required, then the corresponding additional cost must be paid.

Let me know how you all wish to proceed.

Either way, I am in process of chasing up the Custom Synthesis Lab to see where they are regards custom synthesis of the PRL-8-53... wherein, I do know that they have had their hands full with other preceding orders... but I will be sure to update you just as soon as I receive word back from them

if we are given those 2 options, and you are really asking all of us, i'd vote for option 1. I paid a while back, and don't want to invest more for an uknown substance.

1.228 g per $80 is fine with me. The dose for the student in the study was 5 mg; that means there are 245.6 dose in1.228g. Even if we are using 10 mg a day, there are still 122.8 day supply --- more than enough to determine the effects of prl 8-53 on working memory. I'll be restarting my n-back game again to get to the plateau before testing prl-8-53.

I would guarantee 1, or even 2 portions if I could, since 2 would give me 1 full year plus at 10 mg, if I were to tolerate 5 and start moving up, in increments of 1mg, and saw improvement, up to 10mg, if it is really good I would want to research for at least a year. I would of course be happy with 1 if it works out that way. That is a good idea about practicing dual-n-back. I have been neglecting it. If you get to the wall, that seems impossible to get past, and take some PRL and move up a few levels right off, you will have concrete evidence of efficacy and a good sense of just how much it is improved. Still hoping to get in on this.

I would like to double my order but preferably only if ScienceGuy can send me the order in two different packages and with 1-2wk period between the shipping of 2 packages. This is just to have some kind of insurance against overeager customs - I really want to be part of trying out this compound.

Thank You for reassurance ScienceGuy. The previous post I made was not meant to be selfish asking from my part - just the paranoia from my side because of the customs of my country that have freedom to confiscate everything they deem "suspect". Your amazing work and effort in getting this and many previous group buys going and organized is most appreciated by my part.

5 mg or 0.01-4mg/kg (most preferable 0.05-1.2mg/kg). The study used 5 mg, but the patent say that it can be taken in the other dosages.

Also I think you are into the CILTEP and on your site it says you do a couple of PDE4 inhibitors I am in on a buy for GEBR-7b. We lost a participant and need another. GEBR-7b is a PDE4 inhibitor which induces LTP at a rate 10 times that of Rolipram and does not cause nausea. I found out last night around the time I was trying to first PM you about this buy and noticed on your site about the PDE4 and thought you should know about it if your interested.
