Two new studies show that non-alcoholic beer has sedative effect:

It also has less calories than alcoholic beer.

PS So I would recommend Aubrey De Grey to switch to it )

hopein in beer is related to the cannabis family, and has a morphine effect. Hops are very estrogenic. Real men avoid beer. Beer especially the richer ones with high organic material such as slovakian beer will reduce your tesosterone and libido. I'm on cider now or wine mixed with soda. Adios to my nectar of the gods

I doubt "estrogenic" plants make you feminine or anything just because they may bind to the estrogen receptor - it's possible they activate it less than your natural estrogen so the net effect may in fact be anti-estrogenic. I mean Ginseng is supposably estrogenic but I don't see it turning men into women. Regardless, real men have enough androgens to counter possible mild estrogenic effects of hops in beer.

For a while, I drank non-alcoholic beer with homeopathic psilocybin or ayawasca infused...

There's what's called Groot Beer which is apparently healthier. But I could never find it so I just drink red wine now.
