So I am messing around with a combination of the following

Audio Which Includes:

Brainwave entrainment - To improve focus.

A Self Made suggestion mp3 Speeded up at around x2.3 normal speed - To get me in the zone, peak my mental performance.

Even after a few hours of trial this seems to be a pretty damn good combination.
When I started to play the mp3 I was having trouble following my voice and understand.
Now after a few hours I don't notice that I am even trying to understand it or even follow it.
The speed of my voice seems to sound normal now. Almost like my mind has speeded up.

Anyways I know it sounds like it could be a placebo, but it feels way more then a placebo.

I'm going to be testing it more tomorrow on lumosity, and also with some nootropics.

I took some alpha brain nootropic this morning as well as 200mg of modafinil (perscription)

Remade the audio with positive statements starting with "you ___(positive statement here)"
speeded it up about 2.3x normal again.
Played the focused brainwave frequencys which are differn't in each ear so that the brain makes it into one noise after about 30 minutes.

Lumosity score was around 7000(lowest)-10000(average)-17000(highest) at memory matrix. (played 15-20 rounds)
my top 5 scores are averaging from 20000-40000 over the period of 3-4 months.
Seems pretty good to me..
