Still doing good.

Wife just came back from eye appointment.  So, if you read my previous posts, here eye sight started at -3.75 in 2017 ( and has been there for about 15 years).  2018 both eyes were at -3.25.  2019 she is now at -3.00 both eyes. Dunno if this will continue or eventually stop.

 

I have been outside all summer doing major landscaping.  This 6 hours a day in direct sun for 2 months.  I have not worn sun screen since ~2006 and have naturally had a sun resistance since then, however I seem to be immune to sun burns.  My wife also seems to be immune.

Hi there glad you are having a good experience. Just a word of caution. I don't know your age, but be careful with the sun thing. I live in Wisconsin, not known for its strong sun and known for long winters. At 65 I had basal cell cancer on my nose. Not fun. The surgeon said it came from old exposure, like 40 years old. She did not seem too worried about future exposure, figuring that I would be dead before present exposure presented. But current exposure, may have an effect on old exposure damage, so be careful.
