Thanks for the response
Well my issue is that when I´m sometimes planning to take several herbs e.g. salvia miltiorrhiza
.. Pharmacological examinations showed that the plant and its active ingredients, tanshinones and salvianolic acids, have anticoagulant, ..
http://www.cmjournal.org/content/1/1/3
..STS (Tanshinone IIA from salvia miltiorrhiza) impaired the ex vivo, but not in vitro, collagen-stimulated platelet aggregation..
http://www.ncbi.nlm....pubmed/21453766
With e.g. paeonia suffruticosa
..effects on both platelet aggregation and blood coagulation..
http://www.ncbi.nlm....pubmed/20824965
I cant know for sure whether these effects of thinning the blood are identical and even when, if they could still cause bleedings in overdoses.
I´m thinking here on something like plavix(clopidogrel) or at least marcumar which afaik shouldnt be overdosed because of possible bleedings.
or Chinese foxglove / rehmannia glutinosa
which seems at least to me to share the same effects with plavix.
... Experiment on rats, both in vivo and in vitro, show marked inhibitive action on hemostasis induced by ADP, and decreasing in adhesion and aggregation of platelets...

So I dont know how thinn my blood is due the different effects and cant know exactly how long to wait before starting with the other one.
My idea was to ask for a wayy to measure it at home.
Therefore my questions
Btw: could vitamine K be really that dangerous and cause clots even when You´re using plavix or aspirine ?
