Forgive me if it is a stupid question, but I was wondering about something with NSI-189. Many people have said they had positive effects for the first week or so, then got some adverse effects for a day or so after that, then the benefits really came once they stopped the 1 month cycle.
Would it be an idea to cycle NSI-189 for one week on/one week off? I know the clinical trial was for one month, but for what we are after, could a weekly cycle work? .
what are we after? im curing my depression symptoms, doesn't most people here?...and it helps pretty damn well. no headaches. im 8 days in. i'm for sure not going to cycle one week on/ off. 1 month minimum. it is a miracle molecule, if the effects lasts.
what dosing scheme are you using? i've been taking approximately 40mg daily for 5 days and haven't experienced anything noticeable yet
Can't say for sure, still waiting for my scale, supposed to be here 4 days ago. I started earlier cause i had this ring proposal thing at 4.4. and i didn't want to be D on that day. 
Started 2X 15-30 mg(divided my stash until i got somewhat of "normal" dosage), went 3X day pretty soon as my D state returned. I take one just before i wake, then others with 5 h intervals. If i miss a dosage by an hour i feel physical symptoms of D surface, lack of energy, mood down, negative thinking, losing my mind, lack of concentration etc. Only sublingually, i like the quick effect.
Sleep feels better in quality. It is harder maybe to get up the bed, but when i do and get my first dosage, I'm back to normal state i.e. like i was way before D, quite energetic, motivated. Previosly, if i took a quick nap 15-45 min on a day, then following night i had a lousy sleep. Also i had very bad mood and overall feeling after the nap. This is gone, i wake up like i did when i was younger, happy about the nap/still feeling normal and it's not reflecting my night sleep.
On cognitive side of things, i noticed that after first dosage, about hour or two later i had D symptoms leaving me and i did new score record on the first try in iPad game "electro trains", it's multitasking game. It could just be that i was so D and my concentration therefor was bad. Memory has not improved much, sometimes i feel it's gotten maybe worse. Not sure. Could it be that new neurons are so new, it could take some time to mature and function?
I don't feel the effect lasting. If i miss a dosage then i feel bad again, even though i'm having wonderful family thing/episode in my life, more sunlight etc etc.
Reporting in on one month, on creativity, libido, hunger etc. They feel the same now ie. quite normal if I'm not D. It should be noted that before this molecule i got pretty good relief for D from NAC and ALCAR+ magnesium, but even they had more side effects than NSI 189. Im going through milder D, i won against the rougher D years ago with ssri(Cymbalta). I didn't want to go back to ssri, especially when i had this opportunity to try NSI. My last hope!
