Good question. If I had the knowledge and the finances needed to get some tested, I would do so in an instant. Unfortunately, right now I’ll just have to take it on faith that it’s the real thing. However, all fingers seem to be pointing at this company right now. Every time the subject comes up, somebody mentions them. The fact that everybody is telling everybody else to look towards HHD begs the obvious question—who was making the stuff for THT and TLR? It wasn’t just spontaneously materializing out of the aether. Was it HHD who was supplying them with bulk product?

I wish one of the Indian pharmaceutical companies would sit up and take notice of this stuff. Then it would be ridiculously easy to obtain, and in tableted form. I’ve been buying generic copies of drugs that are still under patent here in the Land of the Free for well over a decade now, and they’re just as good as the domestic Big Pharma products.

Seems like whenever sources is brought up, the next page or so just ends up talking about it.

So while I’m waiting, I found a domestic supplier who claims to provide the substance as a liquid in 30 milliliter bottles, 40 milligrams per milliliter. Price is $44.99, which isn’t too bad. Won’t say the name, but anybody who has done business with them should be able to figure out whom I’m speaking of. Can anybody vouch for their integrity?

How long does it take to be able to see the 'NSI-189 source discussion 2.0'? I joined the group over the weekend; and when I click 'Group Discussion' I get the following message:

'You do not have permission to view this forum. In some cases joining this Social Group will give you permission to view this forum.'

Who's the administrator of 'NSI-189 source discussion 2.0'?

It doesn't say on the members page—which is in ascending alphabetical order.

It's probably easier to send them a private message...

I asked once how is it possible for NSI-189 to increase so much the hippocampal volume in mice. Look at this: http://imgur.com/gallery/I8pWx. Seems like there's a lot of space inside our heads!

Can any informed followers of this thread recommend some members who have had significant improvement in reversing brain damage/severe cognitive impairment from stress with this drug? Thanks.

Can any informed followers of this thread recommend some members who have had significant improvement in reversing brain damage/severe cognitive impairment from stress with this drug? Thanks.

Example from this thread:

Just a follow-up on my experience with nsi. I posted about a week ago, and provided some background about myself and why I was trying this(significant memory, cognitive and mood problems resulting from heavy MDMA abuse in the late 90's). Things are going very very well. The depression and anxiety have lifted.  Not manic, just normal. I feel more normal than I have in many years.  It feels like the heavy fog in my brain has lifted. My short term working memory and verbal fluency which were badly affected have dramatically improved. I can now have a normal conversation without saying umm every 3 words, garbling my words, mispronouncing words, forgetting what I am talking about or what the other person is talking about. This has been dramatically improved. I can say that it is the best it has been in 15+ years. Not an exaggeration.  People I talk to at work or friends look almost amazed when I talk without stammering or garbling my words or forgetting what I am saying.  Not like look at the crazy guy, but holy ****, who is this.  My wit and creativity have returned and I can now talk cr*p with the guys at work and not just sit there and laugh and not have any response when they joke around with me.  In fact some of the guys who borderline bullied me because they knew I wouldn't have any comeback now don't even bother because I can crush them.  I feel in many ways like my old self again.  Not 100%, but dramatically better.  I really hope this is permanent, because the effect so far has been what I would call miraculous.  I also started playing brain n back for android 3 days before I took my first dose of nsi.  I had never played before, and I know 3 days isn't enough time to establish a baseline, but the nsi certainly hasn't made it worse. I just broke through to n =5 yesterday!  Here is a chart of my progress. Each vertical line being one day.  I started taking NSI on september 31.

I know this isn't scientific at all, but anecdotally can be considered interesting.

In reference to the above quote, do you know who posted this and which post it was?  I would like to know where this individual who has had success with NSI-189 is purchasing it from?  Please let me know.

could nsi-189 be good for someone with Benzo PAWS problems (anxiety, depression, irritability, OCD, etc.)? or could it make things worse since it tends to cause anxiety in some people?

I'm eager to get the NSI-189 asap. I understand I will have to be patient on waiting for my confirmation to the sourcing group. In the meantime is there a UK distributor? I get the impression Scienceguy used to be one from reading earlier pages in this thread, but he hasn't been on here since august last year... Thanks.

Hi jdmc, yes I could ship to UK, the quality is the same as the one from tht.

Shipping time is approximately seven days to the UK and ten days in the USA, although I am waiting from other members I already shipped for confirmation on this.

Hi Stranglove, that's superb news! Please do PM me all the details and possibly another form of contact for correspondence as I can't PM for the rest of today as I've reached my limit apparently, even though I've only written one...  :|?

Thanks.

Mmmm maybe a little too long post.

I am quite healthy, 27y/o, around 70kg, with quick thinking, but also sometimes very chaotic brain and if tired - also have problems with speaking myself out. Sometimes I forget things short term, but thats common I guess. No addiction to any substances/alcohol.

Took sunifram around 6 days ago and unifram, noopept around 3 days ago, low doses, with CDP choline and B3.

Today C60-00 - few ml in the morning and after around 3-4h I've tried NSI (2 green mini scoops from NSN - around 30-40mg) for the first time. Next time (tomorrow) I will take only 1 scoop.

I wonder if it's placebo, but:

After a few minutes I've felt some pleasant changes in my brain, some short, not too nasty, negative response from heart.

After around 30 minutes brain (mainly back of the head) started to hurt a little and I felt quiet sleepy.

Had some weird thoughts - like very different than I ever had.

Around 1h after - moderate brain fog. I am not worried. As a matter of fact I feel increased concentration, disturbed by fog/pain a little. It nearly stops if I don't move my head :) It made me feel positive about everything, but not an in euphoric way (Sunifram), rather very stable, removing chaos, adding a lot of stability. Substracts fear, adds confidence. 2-3h after - fog/pain disappeared.

After 3-5h - I am feeling quiet well, little better than usually.

6-8h - very sleepy;had a quick nap; pain in the head is on/off.

Hard to concentrate, mood is still changed a good way.

Next day morning - little dizzy, still positive. Actually I didn't wake up in such a good mood for a looong time lol. As if I had no problems in life. Very creative. Suddenly I know what I should do next.

After 2-3h chaos is slowly coming back hmm.

So that's my initial response. What I expect is a long term gain anyway.

I plan to take it only on Friday/Saturday for now. Will report back later this month.

Question from me to other users of this:

What do you feel is the best with NSI at the beginning of trial - to stimulate brain by learning new things or to try to reduce amount of stimulating events/impulses?

Also do you supplement choline for better outcome?

I learn/work whist taking NSI-189.

A low dose may be worth trialling, as well. I'm down to 10mg once daily (normally). 40mg would cause me cognitive issues.

Re: choline. I take citicoline, anyhow.

I find it stacks well with caffeine!

Taken for around 9 days, every day, once, green NSN spoon.

No more head-pain.

Sometimes dizzy - especially when taken before going to bed.

Learning - better mental stamina, subjectively tested in memrise with Italian. Tuns into a good for learning state. While reading/learning I feel more detached from myself, sometimes less reflecting on the content.

Mood - "dont worry be happy", macho like, robot like state, mid addicted/detached like. Not the best I could want . Sometimes, maybe due to weather, I've felt radically sad for a few hours - might be due to depleted .

Other - feeling less pain - in my back/spine, might be better regulated heart function or just feeling less?

Overall - very good - hope I can find some supply in next few months

No more updates for now - going to try nasal cerebrylosin.

Depends on which issues you are talking about. I'd say you're on the safe side with a 3 month trial at a moderate dose.

The longest Neuralstem trial lasted 86 days, and the graphs show differential pharmacodynamics over time. Making a wild guess, I would say take it for 90 days consecutively. If you don’t see results, there’s no point in trying any further. I got very good results with both the TLR and THT products, and I am experiencing even better (or maybe faster) results with the HHD product that I secured from Strangelove. I would not describe the effects as being nootropic, per se. Rather, the substance completely abolishes all of my sense of self-doubt and fear of tackling difficult tasks.

I am currently on Vortioxetine 5mg which isn't doing a whole lot for me. Likely due to not doing enough for dopamine and norepinephrine. It feels a lot like an SSRI to me. I been on it for 30 days. Noticed I am bit less prone to aggression and negativity but cognitively very dull, fogginess is worse. Dull bland apathetic and unmotivated mood overall.

Would it be safe to add a low dose of NSI to this?  What dose should I start at?

Vortioxetine and nsi-189 actually have pretty similar molecular structures. I wouldn't be surprised if they worked very similarly. I personally feel serotonin agonism, norepinephrine agonism, and nmda agonism from NSI-189. I also think the 5ht1A agonism is very strong just like with vortioxtine.

Subsequently, If I were you I was cease the Vortioxetine and start on NSI-189 they seem kinda similar.

I WANT SOMETHING THAT GROWS HIPPOCAMPUS BUT DOESNT AFFECT NEUROTRANSMITTERS.

My 2.5 grams of NSI is going to waste.
