Hi... I took a break for a few days after having the reaction of headache and generally not feeling so great. Started back with much smaller dose- sort of half of a 10mg spoon. Seem to be good. As of yesterday, back to full 10mg spoon. Seems as though I needed to work up to the higher dose. Hope this does not point having to do higher and higher doses. Anyway, so far, I am liking if very much. Very very different feel from any SSRIs or dopamine related meds I've taking in the past.

Still having good results here. It seems to me that NSI has to be paired with other things.

Has anyone had any success with using NSI to treat cognitive impairment/brain fog from anxiety/stress/depression/breakdown? I'm suffering at a lower mental capacity for 3 years.
Thanks.

Tianeptine and/or Dihexa and/or Semax would be the logical choices. It’ll be really interesting to see the results that come out of clinical research after the public has been using these substances for a couple of decades.

Hi... so today is the first day that I'm not feeling anything from the NSI-189. I've even taken a larger dose. Any thoughts/ suggestions, I would appreciate it.
Thanks-

Does anyone have any experience mixing NSI and Mirtazepine??
I've been taking 15 mgs of mirtazepine for about 3 weeks now for benzo withdrawal related insomnia. It works great for that purpose, but on the side it has completely killed off all my emotions. Anhedonia has always been a big issue for me, but right now it's as bad as it can get. I just feel completely flat all the time, nothing excites me, absolutely no emotion at all. I went through a death of a close relative recently and was completely indifferent to the fact that she is not with us anymore. Usually I'd be at least a little upset. I hate being in this zombiefied state and am wondering if adding NSI to the Mirt would be helpful for regaining at least some of my emotions. Or would tapering off mirt before starting NSI be more preferable course of action??

Histamine effect. You can either increase dose to allow NE to take over, or stop the drug.
low dose mirtazapine is sedative and will zombify you. some people get returned feeling at 45mgs.

'Take with Food'., that's often suggested., What type of foods?
With 'Watermelon' that has a great amount of a 'amino acid protein' that has 'Healing Nurtitents'.
With Dark Red Kidney Beans that's a longevity food
With Red rasberries that's also a longevity food
Take with Watermelon, Dark red kidney beans, red rasberries.,
a 9 essential amino-acid supplement
If its a Brain Medicine like Addral---to take with food is; blueberries, ground flax seed, algea supplements
if its a skin medicine like Rentinal A---to take with food is papaya, coconuts, mangos, pineapples.,

At least 2/3 of the 112 pages is not NSI-189 experiences, a large number of posts in the beginning was trying to synthesize the chemical through a group buy, and there are many "theoretical discussions" also.
Best results get members with "mental issues" depression, PSTD, low energy, negative thinking patterns and not many members report a nootropic effect per se.
Side effects are very few compared to common antidepressants, like "pressure in the head" in the first few days, and some report anxiety that can be helped by reducing the dosage or adding calming supplements like ashwagandha or l-theanine.
Results start from the first day for some and rarely can take three weeks to start feeling an effect.
Positives are better mood, more positive thinking patterns, but also, increased motivation, energy and confidence for some.

Does anyone know if it's safe to combine NSI-189 with St John's Wort?
And does any of you guys know where I could get a little sample, say, a week's worth of NSI-189?
