Okay, that's good. Well, okay. I'm so new at this. Should I start a thread asking who's in for a group buy? I guess since I don't have much of any reputation here people wouldn't trust me organizing such a thing. Maybe if someone more trusted and experienced would organize it? Anyone have any suggestions to this? I wouldn't really like to clutter down this thread with unrelated inquiries like this but..

Why don't you buy an smaller amount from Strangelove first and see, if it helps you? If it does, you can still buy a larger amount.

Yes, well, I thought he only sold large amounts at first, but we have worked something out now.

Hi, I am using Strangelove's NSI. For me taken 3-5 times a week at dose of 20mg the effects of NSI are good. In detail: a) better sleep, b) less burnout feel after more demanding periods of life, c) more philosophical or reflective outlook to life even if under considerable stress, d) childlike or serene "something" in my emotional responses I haven't felt for years, almost like de-blunting of emotional responses and e) ability to control self-reinforcing negative emotional patterns (anger, quilt etc) better, paradoxically w/o trying - those waves of "dark emotions" seem to fade easier by themselves. Still, NSI-189 hasn't helped me with procrastination behavioral pattern, which I hopped it would do.

Try 50 to 100mg of Fasoracetam.

NSI's effects does build up, but I stop after every 3 days because I don't want to become tolerant to it.

Good to hear that it's working, as I'm about to test out his stuff as well.  :~ How long have you been taking it for? I will post my review too, but it will take a good while from this point.

A few other users have mentioned that they've experienced a lower libido.
Has that been an issue for you?

I am getting some experiences (and questions...) in PMs, happy to answer any question in PMs, but please post experiences here.

Five pages now, and probably only one new experience. Also, anyone taking it for a very long time that sees continuous cumulative results?

Is
Anyone else experiencing a slight decrease in libido when taking nsi? I feel like i should Stack it with something norepinergic. I.m thinking of iboga, relora and kratom, what do you guys think?

(i.m also on sertraline, trazodone and pregabalin).

Nortriptyline is a good augmenter with Sertraline, you could replace the Trazodone with it. It also has H1 antagonist properties, as well as 5ht2a & c, which gives it a kind of pro sexual effect, though everyones different.

I find Nortriptyline counters SSRI sexual side effects quite well.

Is anyone using NSI-189 with a SSRI? I believe there are few reports in the past with a no adverse interaction, but there is anyone currently trying it?

I use it with snri, it seem to work. No idea about the ssri though.
stopped the snri and going on 9mt bc combo with Nsi freebase.
Today was the first day. Nothing remarkable yet..

I used it with 100mg of sertraline and 20mg of escitalopram (first sertr and then esc) without any obvious issues.

I figure people mostly take NSI-189 sublingually here. I wonder though, has anyone tried snorting it? Serious question, is it possible, like doing it without a nasal spray solution?

Hi. Been gone from the forums for a while. Life happened. 956 notifications (no exaggeration) are not going to get my attention tonight.

I wanted to write a somewhat detailed user review of my experience on NSI-189 because for one thing I haven't seen a lot of them (though I haven't read the thread for 5 or 6 months), but also because I wanted to have a record of what it's been like for myself.

I apologize for the length of the backstory, so I'm going to put it in a spoiler. This is even the condensed version!
Spoiler

I want to note that, aside from the re-ignition of depressive symptoms, the other main symptoms remaining were muscle and joint pains, tinnitus, inability to improve my exercise capacity (though I had started to add muscle simply by virtue of my diet), poor, though not terrible, memory, and dry eyes (but at least the anxiety level on a scale of 0-10 was only a 1).

My NSI-189 is about a year old, and comes from 3 different sources. Therefore, I mixed all 3 together and tried a rather large dose of 60 mg twice daily, sublingual.

Before you get all "Ooh sharp inverted U shaped curve" on me, note that the study showing 120 mg/day to be less effective than 80 mg/day was not sufficiently powered to draw any firm conclusion. Plus, with the dubious providence and age of my sources, I wanted to ensure at least something marginally approaching a therapeutic dose.

I have used approximately 100 different nootropics, vitamins, and herbal supplements over the past 2 years. I have experienced a noticeable immediate response from roughly 5 of them, and an effect over a week's time or less for about 8-10 more. Sometimes, as with allithiamine, I can literally measure the effect (my POTS went away -- heart rate only goes to 70-75 while standing now). Anyway, I mention this to point out that I am not a very good placebo responder -- I had high hopes for all 100 and got benefits only from a very select few that actually seemed to address directly the causes of the problems I was experiencing.

Here is what happened.

For 3 days, I was wiped out. Exhausted. Could barely keep my eyes open. I thought "OK, how can I survive a month like this?"

But by roughly day 4, the fatigue started to lift. And things changed.

Emotional regulation returned. Unlike my previous experience with SSRIs, my emotional responses seem... normal. Powerful. I grieve. But then, I ... cope. I process. And I move on, rather than lingering in an eternal cycle of re-opening old wounds. I do not allow myself to run away with negative ideation, and my internal monologue is mostly supportive.

Physical endurance and motivation to exercise came back as well. Far, far moreso than any other supplement, even C60oo, this has given me my physical endurance and strength back. Instead of exercising one day and being wiped out for the next 8, I am able to go 4-5 times a week and push myself a bit harder each time.

My muscle pains are significantly improved. Most mornings I no longer wake up achy and, consequently, angry / gloomy about the day.

My tinnitus was worse for a while, though it's better now (still noticeable most of the time, though rarely does it interfere with hearing).

My libido may have dropped a bit, but it's hard to say, as losing somebody who you really had a good connection with will also do that. I've been adding 5AR enhancers to my regimen and it's higher now than it was before.

I look at a crowd of people and no longer see an indistinct mass. I see individuals, outlined almost, I see their past steps and probable next few moves. I can even start to infer bits of personality from the brief observation. This is not supernormal for me, rather it's a skill(?) ability(?) I haven't been able to access for quite a number of years now.

I find myself driving like a teenager again. Not exactly reckless, but rather, trusting my reflexes and instincts to navigate more rapidly through obstacles than I would have been comfortable with a couple months ago.

Both logical and emotional reasoning are improved. Planning and executive function seem better (I don't have to consciously make plans to execute tasks so much as I simply automatically proceed to the next reasonable step. Before, this was much more difficult)

Stress resistance is higher, but again, I've been abusing it. Pushing 60 hour work weeks. Not enough sleep. Trying to work too much, socialize too much, do too much. Starting to feel it.

Motivation in general has improved. I have been making some progress on long term projects that were idle for too long. While attention span isn't intrinsically higher, I've implemented behavioral changes to facilitate its improvement.

I now feel "connected" to my body again. My posture is straighter. My legs, for a long time, felt like those of a newborn fawn, trembling underneath it to keep its balance. Now they are strong and solid again.

Similarly, my coordination is better than it has been in years. I've been training punching and kicking on a heavy bag and haven't experienced such rapid progression of physical skills since childhood.

I've been getting far less frequent rashes and pseudo-allergic reactions to foods.

I started to feel... "depleted" in some way after about two weeks. Taking a guess, I tried adding NALT, tyrosine, and DLPA at rather absurd doses (up to 4 g combined daily). This has essentially amplified the other improvements I'd experienced. They had little effect except for transient stimulation when I tried them about a year ago.

I cannot speak to any truly quantifiable improvements, e.g. dual n-back or whatever. However, I have spent the past 2 years carefully observing and monitoring my internal state and its response to food, drugs, meditation, supplements, exercise, and so forth. I am fairly confident that these experiences are genuinely due in large part to the NSI-189. If I were to speculate on the mechanism of action, I would guess that its effects modulating and reducing cortisol are front and center for most of these. Even the reduction in allergic symptoms could be attributed to less mast cell stimulation by circulating CRH, for instance.

I imagine that this drug will prove extremely useful to those suffering from stress-induced depression, autoimmunity, and "real" overtraining syndrome, perhaps others.

In short, in 2 months on NSI-189 I feel like myself again, as though the "real me" has awakened from a 15 year slumber. I sometimes cry, half out of sorrow, for the lost years (where the HELL did I go?), and half out of joy (I live again). Tears are running down my face right now, actually.

And now I am afraid. Because a week ago I ran out. And rather than living in such a way as to promote lasting neurological healing, I've been engaged in high-stress behaviors and mild sleep deprivation for the past 2 months. I already wake up feeling achy again.

I probably won't be around the forums much for a while. There are things to work on, though once those are a bit further along, I will be back to share. It looks like Strangelove may have access to some quality NSI-189, so maybe I'll see about getting in on that. In the meanwhile, if you feel like there's some pressing question that wasn't addressed (though given my propensity toward verbiage, I don't see how that's possible), my gmail address is uofatutor (written like that to hopefully avoid robots). Please don't abuse it, thanks.

Ciao.

What compound do you have in mind? I have bought bulk in the past from a few companies (when I used to have a good income...) alibaba is not the best place to search, anyone interested for buying bulk send a pm, I can probably give you a suggestion for best price/quality.

In general for smaller amounts I trust Ceretropic...

Sure, and If you are interested in larger amounts I would give a good discount, probably at same/better price than the lab as I bought a large enough supply for a steep discount. I am not buying from hhd anymore, I found a much more recent synthesis as self life is two years.

agreed, i'd definitely be interested in knowing this. it seems kind of crazy to be reselling a china chem without some kind of 3rd party verification.

i recall on reddit sometime back, some people saying the HDD nsi proved pure, but i dont recall ever actually seeing a COA

I have bought several times in the past and always had a good experience from them, there are already experiences posted with good results from members having tried NSI-189 before, and I have sent small NSI-189 amounts to other members for feedback, If you want I am happy to ship you some to try it.

You are right though, although I know its NSI-189, I want to confirm high purity, If anyone has a reputable lab at a logical price for HLPC please send a pm.

The batch from HDD is getting old and although I believe are reputable, they made two mistakes in the past, the second time did not accept the mistake and I lost money.

I am wondering if there is any chance that we were not getting NSI-189 in the past but a close analog, there is some discussionin in reddit, and an old post in this thread.

I do not want to discuss this in an open thread, because I do not want to taint reputations where there is no proof.

Members that can log in, in the source discussion forum, could possibly contribute with more information?

I'm on Mirtazapine, Vortioxetine and Tianeptine right now.

The combination built up nicely for some weeks and then I got worse, again.

I'm now upping the Vortioxetine dosage, which might work, though I don't imagine it to work for very long.

So I guess I'll add some NSI-189 in the next days, maybe starting at 20 mg sublingually and then increasing it in 20 mg steps, until I feel better.

I'll keep you guys updated if I get any bad interactions (NSI-189 alone worked fine)

I doubt anyone knows for sure, but it is almost certainly still fine. Most medicines are good for years in proper storage. http://www.huffingto..._n_1949481.html

Anyone knows how NSI-189 is metabolized? I can't find the study results anymore and can't remember if it said something about it.

Even if it works well with other ADs, there could still be a dangerous build-up over time.

That being said: I started my first dose of around 30 mg freebase sublingually today. So far no definitive effects whatsoever, neither good nor bad.

Noone knows. All i can say is ive had more success with Phosphate over freebase, for what reason i dont know.

Also, i didn't get a profound effect until 20-22 days of daily dosing.

What worked, and what didnt, when they sold it:

TeamTLR - didnt work, freebase, sublingal dosing

Ceretropic - always worked

Wuhan HHDPharm - phosphate worked

Strangelove's Freebase from HHDPharm - Didn't work.

So im trying another source of Phosphate to confirm if freebase is a less reliable MoA for me.

I would also suggest if people find freebase doesn't work, try the phosphate. If you source from HHDPharm, you better be sure to test it as they have been known to ship incorrectly.
