Where can I buy this stuff?
Have tianeptine, will get Modafinil, but where can I get NSI?

Why do you need it? Do you have some kind of multi-disease like me, one of them being brain-damage of some kind?

NSI-189 is mostly recommended for people with treatment-resistant depression or brain-damage from trauma - physical or mega-stress (cortisol) -induced.

Like, do you have depression and CPTSD or something like that?

There are a couple of other compounds, chief among them Tianeptine, which might actually help equally, or better, depending on your issues.

For instance, if your only issue is ANXIETY... it would be extremely inadviced to use NSI-189 - it's got quite the anxiogenic properties. (which is logical, since NSI-189 increases activity in the brain, and increased glutamatergic and serotonergic activity is connected to anxiety)

Yesterday i took 20 mg of nsi, and tomorrow morning my anxietty level increased few point above my saturday morning baseline. When anxiety level come back to normal when i withdrawn nsi after long term treatment? I may have job interviev in nerby future, so this information would be very valuable for me.

Stinkonjornir: The anxiety from nsi is for me the same as i got from LDN,but less severe so maybe there is connection between nsi and dynorphins.

Well, it does so for me at least - ceasing supplementation seems to make it go back to baseline in a day or two. I believe I have read similar from others on both Longecity and Reddit.

Baclofen and tianeptine helps a lot.

One guy wrote here that after two weeks of nsi he can take methylphenidate without jitternes. I am curious if i get that effect.

I need it for depression, yes. Weaning off zoloft and I know it's going to creep back up on me. I have tianeptine, need something for striatal dopamine receptors though. Need something to be relaxed, fluent, confident and flirty like I am after drinking a lot. Alcohol actually does wonders for me lol. I have experienced almost identical states without inebriation, but they seem random and are transient. Haven't figured out how to do it at will; most of the time I'm anxious, timid and awkward. But I know I have it in me at least, and while zoloft sorted out depression almost completely and anxiety only slightly, I have found the sexual side effects to be unacceptable these last couple of weeks. That's not to say they'll surely go away after stopping tho. :/ I'm a med graduate and had taken zoloft twice before this latest time. I'd like to get some NSI now just in case depression comes back. Have a tianeptine prescription but I'll just buy the sulfate cause I can't be bothered taking it 3x a day. Took two pills so far on different days and didn't feel much, if anything. I was on 12.5 my zoloft then. Experiencing brain zaps right now BTW lol.

just an update.

I've been taking NSI daily for about 4 months and it has helped me change my life around completely.

I had quit drinking alcohol about 1 month prior to starting with NSI and it had helped me tremendously to continue to not drink (which i am very happy about), I am 5 months clean off of alcohol at the moment but thats not even the greatest thing about it. I finally have real motivation real drive something that would be so hard to understand from my old self. I actually take pleasure in the activities that I do now which before they felt meaningless and 'grey'. I didn't even truly realize I was depressed before taking NSI. I also don't want to protect my ego all the time now which I understood I was a bit too much in my head before. It took awhile for it to start working on a majorly understandable level, Perhaps maybe the 2.5 month mark. I now barley have social anxiety as I had before, it was wasn't crippling but now I can go outside with ease and enjoy it meanwhile before I would rather stay alone by myself. I find myself wanting to understand concepts now because of genuine curiosity and I can somehow now read people a bit better (almost as if in slower motion with more time to breath) which makes it easier for everyone to feel more at ease while before I would rather not even put an effort in most people. I feel much more emotional but damn does it feel good to feel again I almost forgot how it felt to have good healthy emotions. I stopped taking so many supplements as well because I just simply find no need for them anymore and I simply desire a very clean state of mind.

In terms of side effects I think its best just to go through them (although i didn't have too many side-effects). Don't think about how the drug 'feels' just take it and go on with your day and enjoy it.

I am just scared that the effect would go away. I have been taking it once per day but it seems like it may be optimal for me to take it twice a day now. How is tolerance for people? Does it exist? (because it does seem to keep on working but maybe the duration is shorter now). It has given me back the beauty of life I have been missing all this time I really hope it can last. I do notice if I don't take it I start to very slowly go back to the old me.

Is there anyone who has taken it over a year with success?

Benjamin, after what time you noticed difference? Did you fell anxiety after first doses?

I could feel the effect of NSI basically from the first dose but the effect was small until after about 1 month, it felt like it built up. I did not feel anxiety personally it simply blunted it for me, I did feel a strange sense of being when I took 40mg but going down to 25-30mg I felt fine, I imagine everybody reacts differently to different doses.

I've tried benzos, they do take the edge off and anxiety is gone, but none of the wittiness and spontaneity is there like when I'm drunk or during those rare moments where I'm in the zone.

Where did you get NSI? I'm looking to stack it with tianeptine sulfate and inositol with choline and forskolin. With mediation and cardio and abstinence from certain bad habits I think I'll be on point. Doing lab work soon, interested to see my test, estrogen, thyroid and prolactin levels, among other things.

I just returned home from a very tiring day, the condition of my father is stabilized, he will leave hospital in the next few days and have home care. He had a mild stroke, and a (most probably) hospital acquired infection, but thankfully his condition is better than expected, he still have speech issues and (at a large degree) have lost the movement in his right arm, but the doctors say that with rehabilitation we could see some improvement.

Sorry for the very late replies! Its very late right now, but I ll reply to everyone tomorrow.

Especially these days I need the money and I ll start selling the rest of my NSI-189 supply, through a secure credit card payment and bitcoin. Price is still $24-$16 / gram, depending on quantity, with shipping included.

Does anyone remember when Neuralstem sent the "second round" of cease and desist letters? Just after the first clinical trial was over or at the start of the second one? The second clinical trial should be over soon...

I've found that the stuff seems to diminish cravings for all psychoactive substances, including nicotine, caffeine, benzos, and tianeptine. Particularly tianeptine—NSI-189 seems to vastly diminish the desire to take it. Nice going on the alcohol—keep it up. That's a real achievement, congratulations. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you.

Not in my case. I'm always thinking about fixing the emotional swings with a lot coffeine etc, but i have it under control with everything but coffeine. I'm now 3 days of NSI-189 and replaced it with tianeptine because i got a bodyload of it,  I'm not sure if I'm taking to much however. I do usually arround 80mg tianeptine sulphate and i have read most people take 40mg. It really helps my to calm my strong emotions. Tianeptine is really great it helps me to breath better too.

Interesting, so you're actually noticing the anti-asthmatic effects? Because I haven't noticed much in that regard. I don't take even 40 mg per day though, I'm doing something more like 30-35 mg. (standard prescribed dosing)

I didn't notice until yesterday that I had bought Tianeptine Sulphate and not the classic Tianeptine Sodium, lol! Which means I've been dividing the dose into three, rather pointlessly! Aaargh...! xD

Oh well, I'm going with twice daily dosing instead now.

I'm considering increasing the dosage though, because I still have anxiety and slight S-OCD (admittedly less than before tianeptine) - even with the addition of 3,3 grams of the weak NMDA-antagonist Magnesium-L-Threonate.

What do you think, fellas? 40 mg Tianeptine once daily? Or maybe 20 twice daily? I'm hesitant to above the regular dosage, because this stuff IS addictive, and I've read some of the horror-stories.

20mg twice, I am not convinced the sulfate form is actually 'slow release' (iirc the patent referring to it had some other ingredient to make it so), maybe a little slower than the sodium form.

Here is absolutely the most definitive guide for beginners to tianeptine anywhere on the Internet:

https://www.tianeptine.com/index.html

And here’s the parent page:

https://www.biopsychiatry.com/

Best overall introduction to the subject I’ve ever read. Haven't read it in quite a while, but I think asthma is specifically addressed.

I am take 3 times a day, with balcofen and sometimes LDN to "swich" opioid receptors back. Long term tianeptine improved my constant somnolence.

Few months ago i discovered herb Convulvulus pluricaulis (Shankhapushpi) which indeed improved memory relacll and self percived mental clarity.

And now back to NSI. My emotions seems to be flatened, in contrast to my usual hypomania, but it may be effect of clonidine which i took two days in a row, for insomnia. Did anyone experienced something like this? "Relaxed, mental flatness"

Yes, I didnt know i have asthma, I have problems with breathing sometimes and thought it is related to my migraine. I dont have these moments while beeing on Tianeptine. I guess i have to optimize my dosage in the coming days, but i dont feel like taking more then the 80mg I'm not into the glowy opioid trip i like the balancing effect on my emotions.

According to asthma, tianeptine gives me post nasal drip syndrome, and horrible cough that intensify during physical activity. Cough i well supressed by clonidine but not by sigma agonists. Possible heart orgin?

No.

Quite the opposite - it seemed to activate every emotion in me - sending me into a type of... "mixed episode", so not really mania, but more of alternating exaggerated emotional states, along with crushing fatigue, OR extreme energy.

I've been much more stable since I went down in dosage, and then slowly went up again. Just passed the 1-month mark! We'll see in a while if I start getting any of the gains that people mention from 1 month + treatment.

I got my NSI-189 phosphate last month. Initially tried one 40mg dose orally in the morning. That night I got complete insomnia with severe restlessness. I got afraid and stopped. I have started again from 17th october after dinner. Two days have passed with neither any effects or side effects. I have severe depression with complete anhedonia and emotion loss. I am suffering for 2 yrs and have been diagnosed at several times by several psychs as having MDD, cluster A & B personality disorders and unclassified bipolar depression, although I've had no mania or hypomania. Only evidence for bipolar is that escitalopram has recently made me agitated, restless and insomniac, although not previously by any SSRIs. I currently take lithium 900mg daily(serum level 0.69 mEq/l), lurasidone 20mg, quetiapine 50mg at bedtime and modafinil 50mg in the morning. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

From personal experience cordyceps cut any opiate effect of the tianeptine to zero. It is also the best by very far help for withdrawal from it.

It is nothing short of miracle, i am surprised that none has wrote about it.

I found it by accident.

And  tianeptine withdrawals are not walk in the grass..
