1. Is it safe to take Nsi with some nootropics like Sunifiran?
2. What is known about the enzymes cyp, through which nsi are metabolized?

NOTHING. There's absolutely no data regarding if NSI-189 is even metabolized by the liver - it could be metabolized by the kidneys, or not at all, like Gabapentin.

I tried to get some discussion about the subject going, in another thread, but the interest was super-slow - I wanted people to have a look at some of the compounds which NSI-189 is related to, and dig up data on their metabolism and half-life, but no one ever replied.

The related drugs are:

Momelotinib

Nicotinamide

Pyrazine

There's also structural similarities to the neurotoxic drug BZP, a compound which has similar properties to MDMA. (there's no structural relationship though) It's not known if NSI-189 would produce any BZP metabolites though.

Just read this article http://neurosciencen...ppocampus-7551/

based on this study http://journals.plos...al.pone.0183463

The study focuses primarily on hippocampus neurogenesis due to ischemic injury from stroke, but seems to have implications for adult neurogenesis with regard to the hippocampus in general. I'm not able to fully absorb the many technical aspects of this research, but was just wondering if any of the more scholarly participants in this group have a more informed opinion of what this research means regarding adult neurogenesis and in particular how it might relate to NSI-189. ?

Low-frequency hippocampal–cortical activity drives brain-wide resting-state functional MRI connectivity

The hippocampus with its dense reciprocal axonal projections to and from cortex is widely believed to mediate numerous cognitive functions. However, it is unknown whether and how specific hippocampal–cortical activity contributes to the brain-wide functional connectivity. Here, we use optogenetics and fMRI to examine how excitatory neural activity initiated in the dorsal dentate gyrus of the hippocampus propagates and modulates resting-state fMRI (rsfMRI) connectivity. We discover its robust propagation brain-wide at low frequency (1 Hz), which enhances interhemispheric rsfMRI connectivity and cortical and subcortical visual responses. Our findings highlight the important role of slow hippocampal–cortical oscillatory activity in driving brain-wide rsfMRI connectivity and mediating sensory processing.

From PNAS: http://www.pnas.org/...4/33/E6972.full

....hmmm hippocampus as the regulator or even the driver of cortical functional connectivity. Might hint at the reason why this brain region is so crucial in pathophysiology of depressive disorders.

Strangelove is not scam and he responds in a few days usually.

Just to note, the Austrian government has made an absurd criminal accusation against me for receiving NSI-189. THEY are in direct violation of EU trade law, plus intentionally misinterpreting national law in order to cash in on a 100 euro fine. Its a horror story ... not even the name or the amount Was noted correctly! Its that kind of shit you are dealing with, when your shipment doesn't arrive. Governmental harrassment. Next they send SWAT teams to your home, because they accuse you of receiving possible biochemical weapons in household zipper bags. Beware!

has one of you been combining the NSI-189 with traditional ssris like sertraline?

or has some of you combined it with lsd microdoses?

i did feel the best on the nsi-189 when stacking with tianeptine and st johns wort, however after a few weeks i got several side effects of the st johns wort like pretty bad sleep, so i went off it.

both the lsd and sertraline (which worked well for me) are working on the serotonine system primarily.

something wonderful about the nsi-189 that its helping me cognitively as well. i went off the ketogenic diet due to alot of travelling and have been very mentally sharp all along.

far from it. Strangelove has been helpful in every regard and delivered several times despite the horrible customs situation.

So it's well known that NSI-189 increases appetite significantly and I am seeing this on 20mg phosphate once daily. What I'm wondering is if your caloric needs/expenditure increases as well or is it just increased appetite due to psychoactive effects? The latter wouldn't be good.

Strangelove's a great guy, stay calm and try direct contact before you start accusing. Panic is not a good state to be in, always remember that.

Hello folks, considering a new NSI session months after. In retrospective i absolutely love how it curbed my addictive behaviours, improved memory/cognition and emotionality, and would like to give it a shot now that im in hopefully a more stable romantic situation.

My question and sorry if im too lazy to do this myself: has there been any advancement in finding out that the pharmacodynamics of NSI are?!

Please tell me where I can get it, freebase is preferable. it would be very much appreciated as I am fighting a losing battle with depression and have arrived here as a last resort.

Currently stacking this with noopept, prl-8-53, IDRA-21, huperzine-a, nicotine drops, trintellix, methylene blue, wellbutrin, bacopa, gingko, kava, and gotu kola.

Adding NSI-189 to this stack was immediately noticeable and most certainly not placebo (about half of the other stuff I take feels indistinguishable from my normal state). It feels like an LSD microdose without the dissociation; a warm sharpness rather than a warm dullness. Colors are brighter, my head feels softer, attention feels more outward-orientated, and yet my internal monologue also seems louder.

It's a bit strange to me, how similar to serotonergic drugs this feels. I've taken multiple BDNF enhancers in the past -- noopept, semax, tianeptine, etc -- but the effects of those usually didn't have any pronounced 'headspace' difference, just effects on my memory. This is certainly different, and quite nice.

Thanks to strangelove for the product.

I take 40mg of the phosphate orally in a pill that also contains 15-20mg IDRA21, 10-15 mcg Huperzine A, 30 mg of Noopept, and 10 mg of PRL-8-53. I take this pill once daily in the morning.

It's probably likely that the other drugs I take have a synergistic effect with it. Adding it made my stack go from subtle enhancement to noticeable mood change and head-feels.

I ordered  nsi-189 (germany, foche), supposedly phosphate, but it does not coincide with what they write about phosphate, that it is quite fluffy, ugly tastes, at my most bitter bitterness; freebase too is not it, because after 40 mg subluxation nothing happens; I know it must take some time, but somehow the action feels the first time; Has anyone taken from them nsi and speak about their quality?

They're a first in the thread, as far as I know - haven't seen them mentioned before.

Many people report that the effects take time though, more than a week at least - some people even report the STANDARD timing of antidepressants - 3-6 weeks.

It's fully plausible that it'll take quite some time until you actually notice anything - I believe the studies came up with the median time of 3 weeks, did they not?

As for Foche - have they supplied the necessary third-party testing data? I wouldn't buy from anyone who can't prove they've tested their product and can produce a valid certificate of HPLC or NMR testing.

Sure, the user Strangelove and the user MrNootropic whom owns the website Truepowders are trusted sources.

There was also the user Ark, but I believe he mentioned how he'd gotten into some kind of trouble for this, and was no longer selling it? It's possible though, so ask him directly as well.

That's the three known and trusted sources that I know of. We should probably make an edit in the first post regarding this, since it gets asked all the time... or would that be trying the patience of Neuralstem a bit too much?

In true, you can buy only a minimum of 25g at the moment, a little too much expense for me at the moment, and Strangelow user is also with a truepowder or any separate vendor and write to him at email?

Strangelove isn't associated with any vendor - not sure if he has made any specific e-mail public knowledge... I think the only way to contact him is via this forum.

He isn't always on, but in general he always replies to queries about NSI-189 - just be patient and wait a few days.

But, there is always Ark, as previously mentioned - perhaps there's a possibility that he can hook you up.

Btw - If you are in a psychiatric emergency, as in terrible depression, perhaps even with Suicidal Ideation, I suggest contacting your local mental health services as soon as possible - don't hesitate to go to the emergency psychiatric ward, if such a service is available in your area. If you're really hurting, I suggest a combination of Amitriptyline and Mirtazapine.

Strangelove Confirmed as real vendor

Been trying nsi 189 for 2 days now 40 mg in the morning 9 am ish 40 mg around 5 or 6 pm

Seems to work very well so far. Made me cry out all the emotions I've been holding in for a while and the dark grey depression seems to be held at bay for the time being, although, now it feels like I'm processing all my blocked up emotions at lightspeed and i need to keep processing and feeling them which is slightly uncomfortable but it is ultimately healthy to process your emotions. Really interesting supplement...could hold a lot of potential for many many things.

Gonna keep taking it and see where it goes, hopefully going to order some more. All positive benefits so far.

Some other things I've noticed: hd vision, things seem more clearer, feels like I just meditated or something, very lucid and clear thinking. Sometimes using the computer puts me in a crappy "unconscious" state but with nsi 189 I am able to use the computer and stay focused on whatever it is I am doing on it without just zoning out into computer unconscious land.

Also I would usually never write a post this long, so I think it either makes you more verbose, more willing to share, or reduces the depression so you can talk more normally? Usually I feel like there's no point to saying anything at all online but it seems to reduce that.

I'm also taking some standard stuff, blue ice skate fish oil, and some ginger, also doing nofap, no porn :)

Also just to add, 3rd day nsi 189

I just took a nap and the dreams were intense

I was dreaming of flying my hot air balloon through a jungle, chilling with different people, then the scenery shifted to a desert, nukes going off, then I was going to find a shaman, then I found a medicine woman, then I found people in a trailer, then I was randomly dating and talking to random women, saw gwyneth paltrow, ended up fighting some random guy. really amazing stuff, in really cool detail. haven't had such vivid dreams in a while, it felt like it itched some scratch in me that wanted to create inner worlds or something, i feel like the aftereffect of creating and having all those dreams was very healing. very interesting substance.

Hello, This Sunday will mark my two weeks on 40mg NSI-189 Freebase. I have been taking it on an empty stomach, sublingually. I do take modafinil with it about 4 days out of the week. I work a job that does not allow for much down-time, is high paced, and very stressful. I read about the side effects of fatigue and knew that I couldn't have that. I had been taking modafinil long before NSI and also did not want to throw another variable in by taking it out.

The first three/four days were great and I felt like my focus and overall vigilance was increased. I did have bouts of slight anxiety, frustration at small things, and did not want to speak with anyone who tried to interrupt my work. I suppose I can chalk that up to the focusing/vigilance. Another effect was overall tenseness, there were several times I caught myself with a balled fist, pushing my knees up against the bottom of the desk, or having my arm randomly pushing against something for no reason. It felt akin to when I would take too much Alpha-gpc. I would normally chalk that up to the modafinil, but it seemed to only occur when combined with NSI. So the first couple of days I was full of energy, productive, focused, and optimistic. The NSI seemed to put some kick back in the modafinil for the first couple of days. I also drink tons of coffee with MCT oil. I suppose the coffee counters the cortisol-lowering effects of the NSI. I added Ashwaganda two times before I saw someone mention NSI lowers cortisol. I also read that adding noopept may aid in warding off the anxiety and makes for a nice combo with the NSI. I have always responded fairly well to noopept. The HD vision is similar to when I took Noopept regularly. I do appreciate small things like a sunset but not in as much detail as I once did.

I feel slightly different, cannot say whether it's good or bad yet. I would not categorize them as negative. I noticed I feel slightly more observant. I don't feel that the effects are as notable as what many other users report yet. Then again, it's only been 14 days this Sunday and, from what I recall, the effects of the 40mg group took about ~23 days in one of the NSI studies. I also read that most of the benefits come upon cessation of NSI.

I want to give NSI to my parents who both are under quite a bit of stress and I can see the detrimental effects of depression wear down on them. As someone who struggled with depression, I hate to see them go through it and it tears me up. It's largely financial stress. I want to help them get their confidence back, start a new financial endeavour, and start to enjoy life. I have tried multiple things to help them. I've done vitamin/mineral, hormone, genetic, and other testing on them and implemented the correct protocol to correct the deficiencies. I am going to also start implementing more gut health protocols as that has helped me tremendously. I have also bought a TDCS device to try later on. All of the changes has helped them but not enough.

This is what spurred me to try NSI as I never give them anything I have not taken so I know how to deal with most of the sides and talk them through anything they may be experiencing as a result of it. Both of my parents are in their late 60's but I can tell their train of thought is not as sharp as it once was and this may be the things that helps them over this slump. I think for my parents I was going to start about a month after my NSI cycle and maybe start them off with phosphate (i heard the side effects were more mild) and slowly move them up from 10mg to 40mg.

Any advice you may have is deeply appreciated. Sorry, to go on a tangent, I just started writing and all of this poured out.

Nothing personal, somehow I missed your message. In general though due to a busy schedule I maybe give a late reply, but I still ship next day after I receive paypal payment. Right now, I only ship small amounts for members that want to try it out.
