Indeed, sunshine. I think rikelme's dose is too liberal given the novelty of the compound and it's significant effects. As for the 2.5g order amount, it's desirable by the group buyers have committed for a different amount already as you say.

Actually, I stated that 2.5g dose is not only not too low, but enough, even more than enough, at least for the first round.

Anyways, just want to restate that I'm still in this group buy and I regularly monitor the thread. The payment is ready.

NF thinks that 2.5 for a month = 80mg/day is too much for an unsupervised trial, and he may have a point (but then nothing prevents from to using 40mg/day for 2 months, or starting with smaller doses and slowly ramping up to 80mg/day for safety)

Sunshinefrost, I suggested to aim for 2.5gx40persons=100g and didnt get a reply from you about that, now it seems that most people have agreed to commit for different amount, what is it (can't find it)?

My paypal account hasn't been linked with payitsquare yet. Paypal is slow as hell.... but as soon as it's activated i'll create the groupe name on payitsquare and within minutes i'll update here. Hopefully we can start collecting money tomorow.

at this point We are going with scienceguy's lab, they seem to be our best bet in terms of purity.

Hi everyone,

To clarify, please kindly note the following:

1) The price stated in my previous post, namely US$ 54.50 / GRAM, is for 200g order quantity; and if less is ordered, then the COST / GRAM is higher.

2) For a variety of reasons I am going to be ordering 100 GRAMS for myself ;)

3) I am proposing making the other 100 GRAMS available to those of you participating in the GROUP BUY, at the same price, namely US$ 54.50 / GRAM. So as far as you are concerned the price is US$ 54.50 / GRAM for 100 GRAMS, wherein I myself will be buying the other 100 GRAMS :)

what's the name of that lab?

The lab is a reputable EUROPEAN LAB ;)

If you say they are trustworthy I don't really mind that it's more expensive.

In my experience with them to date they are indeed trustworthy and a very professional organisation. :)

have you ever dealt with them...

YES, I have. It was this company that I used to custom synthesize 500g of COLURACETAM at >99.9% PURITY ;)

and do you think you could get them to split the shipment in 3 different locations?

I think it simplest that I have the whole order shipped to me and I split the shipment accordingly, re-package, and mail the respective quantities to the other 2 locations. ;)

I would of course handle all the shipments to participating individuals in UK and EUROPE. :)

Scienceguy, is this for the PHOSPHATE form used in the human trials?

YES :)

Also I dont want to be the boogey man here but how do we (the funders) know that the collector (in "pay it square") really use our money to buy NSI-189 and not some sugarpills ^^
Is there any way we can check this?
I mean at $5000 some people get seduced to inmoral actions ;-)

I would like to suggest that I am in fact the one to place the order. ;)

I do not have the necessary available free time to manage all the individual payments so would suggest that SUNSHINEFROST take on the responsibility of gathering all the funds from the individual participants and then wire the $5,450 TOTAL for the 100 GRAMS to me via direct bank transfer (I will PM my details to SUNSHINEFROST to allow him to do this if everyone is agreable); wherein I will then pay the custom synthesis lab directly for the 200 GRAMS TOTAL ORDER QUANTITY via my RESEARCH COMPANY (N.B. they only deal with companies) ;)

In case anyone has any concerns whatsoever about my MORALITY I suggest they might like to read about my actions in THIS thread: COLURACETAM - User Feedback :)

Well this looks like we've gotten very close to finalizing the whole thing!
5450/40=136.25 USD per person
But this does not take into account the more complex question of the shipping expenses, which are going to vary a lot between the different participants (unless I'm missing something)

Considering, for instance, EU participants : Should we each add to the 136.25 the cost of shipping to our own destinations and send this individual total amount to Sunshinefrost's payitsquare, and then he would proceed to factor the total of these shipping expenses for EU participants into the amount of money to be wired to Scienceguy? Or should each EU participant send the shipping fees to ScienceGuy later? Are you Scienceguy (and sunshinefrost) going to assume the hassle of packaging and dispatching each EU participants share withtout compensation? Etc
But then I assume you've already figured out a working formula with the coluracetam experience.

What a great fellow, this science guy :) Thanks !

So you'll ship a single package to a US based person who would then ship individual packages to the rest of us?
Cost and effort wise it make sense to me and I fully agree with this.

OK since we're at it and here's the place to get your attention now : ScienceGuy (and others), don't you have any interest in Dihexa (alt sp. Dihexia, potent synaptotrophic http://www.genengnew.../print/4/29111/ , http://alfin2600.blo...-offensive.html , http://www.doctortip...tic-damage.html , http://jpet.aspetjou...7.full.pdf html ) or Isoxazole-9 (stimulates nerve stem cells to mature into new nerve cells http://www.ncbi.nlm....pubmed/22542682 and http://www.stemcellr...ewer.asp?a=1259). Both drugs apparently hold great promises for permanent therapeutic effects on injured brains (and maybe also injured peripheral nerves) and also probable permanent improvements in cognition in healthy subjects.

I personnaly ambition to repair my injured brain as soon/fast as possible, but even if I was healthy these seem exponentially more interesting and worthy than nootropics that only have a temporary effect (racetams, racerams, IDRA-21, PRL-853 etc..)

Beware of Isoxazole-9...
I only mentioned it because it holds up great promise and would potentialy be a perfect combination with nsi 189, but this compound has only be tested on rats so far, and no clinical trials has been done for ISX-9.

@scienceguy
100g for you alone? Are you crazy? :D
what if it doesnt work at all ?
anyways Big Thx for organiying tis all for us, its appreciated :)

btw how does the colouracetam work for you?
You noticed any effects?

In short, yes I am also very interested in what I have read so far regarding IDRA-21, DIHEXA and ISOXAZOLE-9 but I need to find the time to properly do my due diligence on these compounds... There is also the ever expanding CX-SERIES to consider... Personally, I think it best not to take on too many things at once; and right now we have PRL-5-83 and NSI-189 happening :)

IDRA-21 doesnt look that hard to synthesize. After IDRA21 ill be totally satisfied. :D

The CX series has poor bioavailability. IDRA-21 has a long half life and low dose profile.

Please lets focus on nsi-189, we'll have plenty of time to discuss other products after the order is placed and we are waiting for the lab to produce it... We'll have 5 weeks to discuss how we could go to the next product.

Thanks for your input scienceguy. I agree that you should receive the shipment. I am also wondering if the payitsquare group should be deposited in your account. There may be fees if i transfer the funds to you after collecting them. Do you have a paypal account ?

SAFETY, including TOXICITY STUDIES is one of the areas that I comprehensively look into when carrying out my due diligence process... Assuming what you say is accurate then ISOXAZOLE-9 would appear to be 'too experimental' at the present time, but one certainly worth keeping an eye on ;)

Yes, I have a PAYPAL account, but if you pay the funds to my via PAYPAL there will be a massive PAYPAL FEE. :|?

An INTERNATIONAL BANK TRANSFER should only incur a small fee of about $30, so what I was suggesting is that you receive all the individual payments and then simply transfer the total to me via bank transfer.

I am not familiar with PAYITSQUARE... is it possible for you to receive all the payments via PAYITSQUARE and then transfer the total to my PAYPAL ACCOUNT without incurring heavy fees?

Yes, thats how it functions. Everybody pays with their credit card into a group that we set up on payitsquare and the organizer links this group to his paypal account. All the fees will be charged to the participant's .... I think it's like 1$.
