does anyone know of a good nutrition tracking app for iphone (preferably free) that does comprehensive micronutrient nutrient analysis like cron-o-meter? i know cron-o-meter had an iphone app but the ratings are pretty bad with people complaining of crashes and buggyness.

thanks

I'm using cronometer's iphone ap, and not having crashing, buggy issues. It's not as complete or as nice as what's online, but it's a good enough tool until the next one dawns.

Most of the IF diets recommend really high protein, partly because protein keeps you satiated so it's a way to train your body and return it to a hormonal balance (if you're overweight your hormones are "out of whack"). I eat only about 70-80 grams of protein a day, weight ~160 pounds and compete in all sorts of physical sports without a problem.....

Hey guys,

I'm borrowing this thread a bit. I'm looking for a good nutrition tracking iPhone app that specifices not just chalories, protein, carbs etc, but also vitamins, minerals, etc- Most nutrition apps are aimed at decreasing weight.

It doesn't need to be free. Someone recommended Cronometer but I've read it's a bit buggy? However it seems to include vitamins etc as well.
