Chris from limitlesslifenootropics said he has almost gathered the numbers for a new group buy, priced at $140/g.

What happened to this then? Been like 1,5 months. And how many doses would 1 gram consist of? Has ANY accurate dosing as of yet been found, for this compound? I read the first few pages, and it seemed like people had no clue as to how potent it was, or how to dose it.

Has a mean and a recommended dose been established since then? What would that be then? 5-20 mg's per week? 5 mg's per day? Like, what?

We might need a Dihexa faq here, methinks...

Btw, I'm currently suffering from loss of white-matter as a result of chronic stress, primarily in the hippocampus, as that is the result of chronically high cortisol. Would Dihexa be at all helpful for this condition? As far as I can see, NSI-189 seems to be the more logical choice, as it causes hippocampal growth, but it's not entirely clear to me that enhancing learning won't be a gain as well... studying to learn things, to recall, is very hard in this state.

Could Dihexa give gains, to a burnt-out mind?

hi can you add me to the group buy

and private message me if anyone is supplying this

anyone taken it with nsi-189 and sodium valproate ?

That's probably not a good idea... NSI-189 and Dihexa have been known to cause neuropathic pain, and some other curious symptoms in some people - this is theorized to be caused by... "growing pains" in your PNS and CNS. Haven't you considered that such a potentially increased neurogenic effect could be hazardous? What if you have to walk around in EXTREME PAIN for the entire duration of the effects??

Yeah sure, logically you should get some neat gains, but if you're manic and in pain for the entire duration, then I fail to see how you will be able to enjoy this effect.

Oh, and NSI-189 seems to cause mania - be careful...

A few days ago I received my delivery from Chris. I've done a few ~25mg sub doses but for the next ones I'm waiting for my DMSO delivery

For the first week I was doing it sublingual and I did notice on a few occasions an improvement in clearer, effective thinking.

Strangely enough now that I'm using the DMSO I haven't definitively noticed an improvement although for lack of a better explanation, I do feel smarter.

I'm on 16mg daily, applying the solution to a rotating cycle of forearms and then quads.

With the DMSO/Dihexa, I've been taking about 4 mg per day, which is up from the 2 mg I was taking. I'm happy with it. I do think you could take quite a bit more, but for some reason, I wound up in the 2 mg to 4 mg range, even when I was just taking Dihexa by itself. Well, plus Noopept, 30 mg/day, and some nicotine, via drops on the hand from the unflavored liquid used in vaping. I hate to say it, since I never smoked, but I think the nicotine helps.

Now, I also take J147/DMSO (0.15 g in 5.75 ml of 85% to 90% DMSO/water, which gives 3 mg per 4 drops), usually about 9 mg/day. The Salk "mouse tests" were done with a human equivalent -- ASSUMING that it is 100% absorbed with DMSO, which I doubt -- of 1 mg per 10 lbs per day. At 180 lbs, I'm only taking half of what the mice got ;-). I think that the combo is better than Dihexa alone, but I can't say that for certain. Also, the J147 is considerably more irritating than the Dihexa. You definitely have to rotate where you apply it, although the hands, including the back of the hands, seem more resistant than other areas. I've been using vegetable glycerin as a lotion, so that the DMSO won't transfer regular lotion stuff through the skin.

I just noticed the supposedly catecholamines effects.

in models of impairment the drug also revived production of tyrosine hydroxylase (the enzyme essential for the production of catecholamines such as dopamine and noradrenaline) in the substantia nigra (one of the largest concentrations of dopaminergic neurons in the brain).

Anyone with ADHD or SCT trying Dihexa? Any objective tests?

You "feel smarter"? Any objective marker for that? Has schoolwork/understanding complex problems become easier? Any specific instance recently where you feel like you figured something out better, remembered better, etc? Thanks

So group buy anyone? There seems to be quite a lot of interest in this compound so we should be able to get a rather large order.

That's strange, I ordered a gram on two seperate occasions from his website within the last 4 weeks. They both came within a week from ordering. The price has also changed since I've last ordered. You should definitely try to get in contact with him if you haven't already.

Sorry if this is not the correct place for this post, but I was wondering if anyone can a test to how long this drug takes to feel any pronounced effect? I have dissolved it in DMSO and applied directly to the skin, about 2 mL ~ 16 mg of dihexa. It has been about 9 days and I can't say I have noticed very much.

Well, for actual long-term brain changes, my experience with any nootropic has been 2 months to see not just "some effect," but a significant change, and it usually continues to change for several months. Short term, I noticed effects from Dihexa right away, with just 4 mg/day.

However, I always took Dihexa with something else, Noopept, plus either Nefiracetam and/or Pramiracetam. Right now I'm taking J147, Noopept, and Dihexa, and I'm beginning to wonder if Dihexa is more of an "enabler" than a stand-alone drug. I have not taken anything other than Noopept (and J147, but I suspect that's different) with it for about 9 months, and I'm beginning to think that I've lost something as a result. I will try to resume taking Nefiracetam in the near future (300 mg/day, when I can get some at a decent price!), and maybe try something else a little later, Fasoracetam or PRL-8-53.

Phil

Billybear185: 10-15 mg orally gives an unambiguous psychoactive effect in <1hr (I use Nyles's last batch). So far I haven't won the nobel price, but it works wonders for my mood, energy, memory recall, perceptions, social anxieties and kinetic memory. I haven't had much luck with the DMSO route, it just itched a lot and I didn't feel anything..

franbird: You should definitely contact Nyles. I had the same problem, mailed him; turns out somebody lost my package (supposedly USPS). He was very apologetic and resent it with a extra gram, it got to Europe in 10 days.

Yes, I should have updated once it was made right.

He got one of his employees to send the order and threw in a bit extra to make up for the delay. I just had to get his attention by sending a message on PayPal.

adults only comment

dosage

10mgs of dihexa applied to the skin with pure DMSO every 2 days nyles7

abused as a child (even after years of therapy)  I  have a "sharp tooth " ie (i like  to spank women of the buttocks  and like to hear them shriek.)

The problem is that I am a kind compassionate man, and it's never sat comfortably with me .

in BDSM community.
a person  who likes to dominate would date a submissive who likes to dominated.
however,  I find that  kind of relationship to be repulsive and the people who engage these  things  to be poor company.

however, that sexual narrative seems to have been wired into my sexuality , as a result I have had to date strong independent women .
who can stand up for themselves  against me...(that makes me so sad)

my therapist advised me to allow the side of myself not repress it
so I spank women in clubs

So a few days ago I was sitting with a married couple watching their "home videos".
and this realization entered my mind .
"imagine how traumatic that would be if she was not consenting"

suddenly the video lost its appeal .

and I excused myself and headed home, for me, it was an extremely exciting moment , it felt like a connection had been made in my brain
something that I utterly hated about myself and had spent hours upon hours in therapy trying to get rid of had gone in that instant.
nothing had ever worked .while i have always been great at giving pleasure i have been able to empathize with someone I am sleeping with until now.
I would suggest that the dihexa has perhaps allowed for that change to take place .

as we work on becoming healthier more balanced these psychological breakthroughs happen from time to time but for me, dihexa has been a catalyst in this process
that i deeply value

I am placing an order with HHD tomorrow afternoon. At their current prices, I can supply Dihexa for $85/gram, 2-Day Priority included. Half-gram quantities can also be available if sufficient requests are made for it. HHD is claiming 98%+ purity. Is there sufficient interest here to warrant ordering ten grams? If all ten grams sell and there is still continued demand, I will subject the second order to independent third-party analysis, providing that Energy Control is capable of performing it. I will have to contact them beforehand and ask.

Intra-nasal dihexa? Any idea of the best way to do it?

i have read about using pulsed electrical stimulation  Like a tdcs device or tens machine  to stimulate blood flow in the nose for increased Intranasal absorption.

you might also want to think about beaming  different spectrums of infrared light  to your nose while you do it which has a fasnating effect on blood and on skin

I plan to test this when i begin taking selank in the new year,

Great idea for using intranasal infra-red device. I guess inhaling the dry powder is the only way. Please enlighten me if there is another way.
I don't think I want to use DSMO for intranasal administration.
I haven't used dihexa for a while. Time to re-visit. I was a little disappointed in using it orally and/or dermally. I only have about 1 gram left and just want to use it wisely.

I was thinking about using an ultrasonic Nebulizer to inhale it.

unsure if this would work and what effect this would have on one's lungs

I have actually applied pure DMSO and noopept to the inside of my nose

there was no itching or irritation but I could smell garlic for a while.

Dihexa basically don't dissolve in water. I'm not sure if it would vaporise along with water. Otherwise, it would be a waste putting that into water and subject it to hydrolysis.
