Okay so we have a thread for the Londoners here but I have created this topic to get an idea of where everyone is based. The idea of this is potentially for activism/creation of chapters.

I would like to ask you to put your name and city/town under the county that you currently reside in. It is in alphabetical order for convenience...yes, I did lift it from another site and know not how to edit it but it does the job. :p

Thanks for that. I'm going to just get names and locations to start with then worry about the list later, unless you're somehow able to add it. I just copied and pasted it with no knowledge of editing.

I doubt you will get enough people to need so many subsections.

I'm doubting it too but it's a start and could create potential for people here, especially outside London to band together and maybe do something for the cause. I know I'm probably aiming too high and too far but it's something to think about and maybe encourage people with.

While that is admirable I just don't think at least at the moment the groups would hit critical mass for events to work too well. So far the meetup in London has not been managed. I would suggest tagging onto different groups for now. Looking at meetup.com for example for groups which are technology/future oriented might be a start.

Thanks for that Churchill. I personally just wanted to try to bring other life extensionist folks together for potential action more so than purely as a social thing though social things are nice too. Besides, the technology/future oriented groups you speak of would probably be a bit too advanced for me. I just want to try to push the life extension cause as much as my meagre time and contributions will allow.

As you say though, there aren't enough people at the moment but at least this thread will get people thinking and may encourage those who can to spread the word a bit to do so.
