Researchers develop method for mapping neuron clusters

[looks like the brain's being mapped to me!  QA states we will map much of the present and most of the pas inhabited by life & mankind]

A team of scientists has developed a method for identifying clusters of neurons that work in concert to guide the behavior. Their findings, which appear in the journal Neuron, address a long-standing mystery about the organization of the prefrontal cortex (PFC)—one of the most recently evolved parts of the primate brain that underlies complex cognitive functions." more>>>

[Data  the past word can be constructed in data maps called The Quantum Archaeology Grid. Each plot enables gaps to unknown events to be filled in. To calculate what a man's conversation was 50,000 years ago you would calculate staff around him. Trillions of calculation to find one ion movement in the brain and eliminate all others, cross-referenced from what must happen from it:--> if this checks out you have your ion!]

A Bodicia's Grave found In Britain

??r_boudicca_statue.jpg

Archaeologists have uncovered what is believed to be the only inscribed tomb and matching remains ever found from Roman Britain.

The discovery of the limestone tombstone and skull was found while excavating a car park in Cirencester and they are believed to date back to between the 1st and 3rd centuries.

And based on inscriptions the grave is believed to have belonged to a 27-year-old female called Bodica. " more>>>

report:

http://www.nature.co...ature14236.html

"The theory of reinforcement learning provides a normative account1, deeply rooted in psychological2 and neuroscientific3 perspectives on animal behaviour, of how agents may optimize their control of an environment. To use reinforcement learning successfully in situations approaching real-world complexity, however, agents are confronted with a difficult task: they must derive efficient representations of the environment from high-dimensional sensory inputs, and use these to generalize past experience to new situations. Remarkably, humans and other animals seem to solve this problem through a harmonious combination of reinforcement learning and hierarchical sensory processing systems4, 5, the former evidenced by a wealth of neural data revealing notable parallels between the phasic signals emitted by dopaminergic neurons and temporal difference reinforcement learning algorithms3. While reinforcement learning agents have achieved some successes in a variety of domains6, 7, 8, their applicability has previously been limited to domains in which useful features can be handcrafted, or to domains with fully observed, low-dimensional state spaces. Here we use recent advances in training deep neural networks9, 10, 11 to develop a novel artificial agent, termed a deep Q-network, that can learn successful policies directly from high-dimensional sensory inputs using end-to-end reinforcement learning. We tested this agent on the challenging domain of classic Atari 2600 games12. We demonstrate that the deep Q-network agent, receiving only the pixels and the game score as inputs, was able to surpass the performance of all previous algorithms and achieve a level comparable to that of a professional human games tester across a set of 49 games, using the same algorithm, network architecture and hyperparameters. This work bridges the divide between high-dimensional sensory inputs and actions, resulting in the first artificial agent that is capable of learning to excel at a diverse array of challenging tasks." paid full report Nature>>>

I am questioning just one of your arguments at this point: that with a big enough computer we could simulate everything. So this is the only thing im addressing.

Right now just two things are being discussed, which is how you're showing that randomness doesn't exist and that everything is deterministic and how you're getting around the limitations of physics and chemistry for calculating the extent of the fifth dimension.

Those paragraphs contradict each other:)

look it boils down to this:

I think the universe is ruled absolutely by laws and you dont.

You think some of the universe is random and I dont.

I dont have a problem with dimensions and QA isn't about any but 4 of them.

miscellaneous-space_aliens-aliens-leader

It boils down to this: you have no evidence of any of the claims you're making, such as limitless computing power and the ability to simulate the past from unknown initial conditions, and assuming that initial conditions lead to a determined outcome. You haven't even demonstrated who, or why anyone would pay for resurrecting all of these people for no reason. When you run into a problem, you postulate willy nilly that some unproven artificial intelligence will do it all for you.

So I question almost all of your assertions. The only thing I don't believe is that you have any evidence for your grandiose claims.

And you said you're simulating all possible combinations--that is literally the fifth dimension. All possible combinations of timelines. The fourth dimension is time. So im asking how you're calculating the fifth dimension.

And you keep saying new maths and statistics without showing any new math or statistics. So it comes out as hot air.

Also, would it really hurt you to combine posts so that it doesn't show up as 40 new notifications? Its really easy to just put it in one post, and when you respond to platypus you don't need a separate post to address each sentence.

stopgam, the "grid" will never help you to figure out the configuration and state of a historical brain since the number of possible brain-states is larger than the number of observable "events" in your grid. There are already 100 trillion connections in a single brain so we can assume that the number of possible states that brain can be in is several orders of magnitude larger than that. Your "grid" doesn't have even close the number of observations needed to uniquely nail the state of even a single brain, so the problem is grossly underdetermined and you simply lack the required data to constrain your simulation. The fundamental problem is worse of course, since if you postulate that the practically unobservable brain-states (mind-states) have far-reaching effects elsewhere in time and space, you have to deal with the effects of all other possible brains too, and therefore all possible events, which makes the underdetermination even worse. There will always be many more possible histories than available observations, that is the nature of the problem.

No No NO! Arg! to calculate a big thing..the size of the world, for instance...you dont need a computer the size of the world!

You use symbolic notation...matrhematics...which is a fancy name for short-cuts.

The brain is no special position in physics, but is moving energy, like everything else.

Once you have plotted in the Quantum Archaeology Grid (above) you can run ANY permute of the numbers.

You can call up maps of men who have never existed  -  variations on actual men.

I know you like underdetermination as a concept.l I reiterate dont use it.  So we're @ an impasse here. Underdetermined is a science word form  not enough knowledge to solve the problem.

I've shown ways where you can get the knowledge by deduction from knowns.

>>>There will always be many more possible histories than available observations, that is the nature of the problem<<<

Indeed and we've solved it by gridding.  Rather than grid-lock. :)

122528.jpg

The QA Grid was inspired by the artist's method from the renaissance where a gird is used to map out a painting. 'Painting by boxes.'  The whole painting is too complex to do at once but you can break it down into  boxes which have definite coordinates.

accurasee_girl_grid.jpg

The QA Grid takes this to 3 dimensions, then  dimensions (+ time)

517527d1b4695Horwitz_Grid_2.jpg

Although we're aiming at the mind/brain, which obviously follow the same rules of physics as the body, a tress a rock etc, the whole body can be done initially as we raise people in kin groups.

man.jpg

You're not actually using a scanning machine- though I dont dismiss this as possible- but mathematics and statistics deducing from initial readings---> but going back thru time.

motion-zack-dougherty-02.gif

We'll raise in kin groups.

But you can deduce by history lines and deduced lines from starting points in the present eg artefacts, DNA measurements)

to ONE moment in time for any person in the past...even for presently living people in their own pasts.

grid-manrun1.gif

Eventually a whole world simulation will be possible.

The hypercomputers will be astounding.

Like the Victorians who thought electricity was the marvel of the age, we will see intelligent technology the same way.

It will do what seems 'magic' to us now.

Resurrection of the dead must be one of those things since you can check for accuracies by their descendant states.

I've pushed QA because it is correct, and understanding it is coming science changes the psyche of mankind.

Death is over (in fact it was never a final state. but only the dreamers thought so).

Coming soon:

Two quantum properties teleported together for first time

TholianWeb.png?itok=qJiw16wT

"

The values of two inherent properties of one photon – its spin and its orbital angular momentum – have been transferred via quantum teleportation onto another photon for the first time by physicists in China. Previous experiments have managed to teleport a single property, but scaling that up to two properties proved to be a difficult task, which has only now been achieved. The team's work is a crucial step forward in improving our understanding of the fundamentals of quantum mechanics and the result could also play an important role in the development of quantum communications and quantum computers.">>>

You did not respond to my main argument, i.e. that there are not enough observable events in your grid even for constraining the configurations and state of a single brain. You are trying to wish the glaring problem of underdetermination away instead of trying to demonstrate how to solve.

Also, there are physical limits to computation given by the speed of light, age and size of the universe etc. It is easy to generate questions or problems that cannot be solved with a computer that fits on Earth and needs to find an answer before the Earth is swallowed by the Sun. So remember, you will not get even get close to simulating the whole universe, or the trajectory of every particle in the Earth-system.

Scientists say mini-ice-age may be near

[I was nearly assassinated by the global warming lobby for saying we dont understand he weather]

Sun-x-ray-output-flatlined.gif

The sun is currently experiencing its weakest solar cycle in over a century according to scientists.

“The sun is flatlining. For the 6th day in a row, solar activity remains very low. No sunspots are flaring, and the sun’s X-ray output has flatlined” says spaceweather.com

Scientists say that if the solar flatlining continues it may be an indication we are about to enter into a mini ice-age.

“The main driver of all weather and climate, the entity which occupies 99.86% of all of the mass in our solar system, the great ball of fire in the sky – has gone quiet again during what is likely to be the weakest sunspot cycle in more than a century,” echoes vencoreweather.com. “Not since cycle 14 peaked in February 1906 has there been a solar cycle with fewer sunspots. We are currently more than six years into Solar Cycle 24 and today the sun is virtually spotless despite the fact that we are still in what is considered to be its solar maximum phase.”

“There have been two notable historical periods with decades-long episodes of low solar activity,” continues vencoreweather.com. “The first period is known as the “Maunder Minimum”, named after the solar astronomer Edward Maunder, and it lasted from around 1645 to 1715. The second one is referred to as the “Dalton Minimum”, named for the English meteorologist John Dalton, and it lasted from about 1790 to 1830.

“Both of these historical periods coincided with below-normal global temperatures in an era now referred to by many as the “Little Ice Age”.

“If this trend continues for the next couple of cycles, then there would likely be more talk of another “grand minimum” for the sun.”

“Both of these historical periods coincided with below-normal global temperatures in an era now referred to by many as the “Little Ice Age”.

“If this trend continues for the next couple of cycles, then there would likely be more talk of another “grand minimum” for the sun.”

Why do you post things completely unrelated to quantum archaeology and why are you still not able to combine your posts? I mean you're either trolling, or doing it for the sake of spamming bumps for this thread. Its just obnoxious and pointless.

Make a new thread called random interesting news spamming thread so that way you aren't going off topic all the time.

Initial states decay and their components reform like galaxies and kaleidoscopes.

With measurement from the present the past is retrodictable applying the laws of physics.

The only issue is size of calculation which hypercomputation shod solve since technology and science are speeding.
