Hi vtrader, do you have the possibility of doing a full check-up? I mean - neurotoxicity, allergic/intolerance, biochemical processes, mental, central nervous system etc etc? It's probably not necessary, but at least you'd be set? My concern with what you're doing now is that you don't really know *why* you have this fog and anxiety..?

The only thing that I have found that really cuts through the fog (or depression-induced cognitive decline) is SAM-e. It takes about 2-3 days to start working when taken at the recommended dosage level. Many people respond better to higher levels or at least to a higher attack dose. I found the reverse to be true for myself. Once I had started responding to SAM-e supplementation, I was quickly cutting pills into quarters or eights and taking them on alternate days. This should have been an unquestionably sub-therapeutic dose, but I found a bunch of user complaints on the internet from other users that find the full dosage to be too stimulating, anorexic, or insomnia-inducing. Once I started responding, higher doses put me straight back into a brain fog, so it seems that like many of the racetams, you have to find the sweet spot with SAM-e.

i dropped the coffee and started drinking ROSMARY tea !!! This tea really clears the brain fog. IT is cheap and not hard to make , just boil the herb for a minute and let it steep for five.

Good Luck!

What I originally called brain fog, I now know to be poor executive function / working memory. It's Fog to me because I can't see beyond the amount of thought processes I can hold at one time. This can lead to poor articulation, tripping over words, and verbosity. Essentially talking though Fog. It's also Fog because my brain isn't always efficient enough to keep hold of information that is important, but capricious enough to randomly think and keep hold of useless junk (ooh there's a wasp etc).

Why is your Fog, Fog?
