Boron amino acid chelate? (Vitamin Shoppe brand)

Sodium borate? (Generic drugstore brand)

Boron citrate/aspartate/glycinate combo? (Swanson brand, Twinlab brand)

Tetra-boron? (Solaray)

Albion® bororganic glycine? (Swanson brand)

I'm confused.

Sodium borate is borax, that one should be used cautiously as it is less safe than the others.
What do you intend to get with boron supplementation?
- If you want to remove fluoride take Sodium borate (borax)
- if you don't take any of the other forms
The most gentle and absorbable for your body is likely boron bound to amino acids.

boronic acid amines are being investigated medicinally, if just the ion then vitamins away.
