I don't know if it is a question: start when you want. Don't hesitate to drop a line of when you start, when you give them, if something special happens, share links etc. When I will beggin the protocol with the bottle here.

Hello, I write in French to make it easier for me , if someone needs a translation ... I entrusted the task has Agevivo ! = )
So I did a little recap of deaths since September 2013 - the month where I used the protocol .
I put all the information possible , and in chronological order .
September 9, 2013 - Protocol resumed.
1 / Arc -en- Ciel - DOB : 19/04/2011 - DOD: 10/11/2013 - 30 months
Cause - Respiratory distress .
2 / Iris - DOB : 07/01/2011 - DOD: 10/24/2013 - 34 months
Cause - Old age
3 / Schweppes - DOB : 19/04/2011 - DOD: 27/11/2013 - 31 months
Cause - Old age and neurological defaillance .
Stop in December of taking the protocol.
4 / Stella - DOB : 25/10/10 - DOD: 04/01/2014 - 38 Months
Cause - Old age
5 / Curly - DOB : 07/01/2011 - DOD: 01/06/2014 - 36 months
Cause - Eutha suitre old
6 / Eloane - DOB : 02/02/2012 - DOD: 19/01/2014 - 23 months
Cause: Uterine Tumor
7 / Akadoc - DOB : 19/02/2012 - DOD: 01/24/2014 - 23 months
Cause: Unknown suspected neurological .
Retreatment / Protocol beginning in March
8 / Aelis - DOB : 23/03/2012 - DOD: 04/04/2014 - 24 months
Cause: virulent facial abscess .
That's the summary of deaths in recent months. It must be said that most deaths are due to neurological cause the andémie that hit current troop May 2013, some of the pathologies found , have an impact on the neuro touchdowns.
Currently the band consists of 21 rats :
Females: 8-5 born in 2012, born in 2013 3
Male : 13.08 born in 2012-4 born in 2013 and one born in 2014.
I continue taking the product as directed and therefore it remains for me vials "currently" unused since I 've had death ... if you want to restore to new rats do not worry, I made up the list in the post next.

Very great! I am looking at it carefully. Cheers.

Ok, so I have looked. Very nice! Thank you very much, all information is very coherent: very good quality, bravo!
In order for other persons to follow I have made a table. The last column allows to guess if it could have had a "life extending treatment":
I am wondering if we should disclose some results or none as only 8 of the rats have died so far, and disclosing would reveal you what tube is what. I am Ok for either (tradeoff between being scientifically strict or flexible, being interesting for other research, etc): I am going to discuss it. People can express their opinions of course.
Except for the youngest, I can send you bottles for the 8 ratties that have not received solutions yet ---- if you are interested (do not feel obliged of course; if interested, simply send me your adress by email).
Very great!

Given the disease outbreak, I think we should hold off on revealing any data yet.
Attn readers: the voting is for quality of posting rather than disagreeing with someone's opinion.

Hey, I am watching your good work too
Well, looks like we need to wait some more for results. Could say that if the three first lived longer than they should then it's very nice, given the fact that they started taking it late in their life.
C60 shouldn't prevent diseases so those death causes should probably be explained well, in case C60 acted in some bad way.
I wonder if the stress (you said you had to move - change apartaments?) shortened their life span.

- Maman Gaya, 18 mois, epanchement pleural
- Papa Loupiot, 24 mois, Otite encephalite.
Aelis a perdu sa maman, d'un abcès facial / dentaire aussi ce qui entre dans sa génétique.
Ce sont des exemples, si vous avez besoin de plus d'info la dessus, je peux aussi essayer d'en apporter.

Translation:
- we don't know which rats had caught the disease that cause spondatenous neurologic traumas and death, so that's sadly a noise for interpreting results.
- Ok to continue blindly! Data will be revealed later
- Moving house shouldn't have had any incidence of deaths. I move in late January, and the only death here (Aelis) is from earch April: very distant dates.
- Among the rats here, some are brothers and sisters and we have some lifespan data points in their family history
- Example 1: Curly (in the current list, dead at age 36), Loki, Lo Yu, Iris (in the curent list, dead at age 33.5), Pensée: they were brothers and sisters, have all lived long in my (former) house, while 2 of their brothers were living elsewhere and lived up to 2.5 years (without specific protocols nor specific health issues) -- I had also their parents at home and they lived up to 18 and 24 (...difficult to translate the names of the causes of death...)
- Example 2: Aelis's mother had died like him from facial abscess: certainly some genetic link
- I can provide other examples if useful.

Given that you handle rats so well -- some very long lived ratties -- I think that with the 7 rats aged approx 9-11 months you should test the time-specific procedure of the reported article by Baati et al. This is the "gold standard" thing to do, I was going to look for a researcher in a lab but I thinkthat you are well positionned to do it; will write more later about it (busy week-end and I need to go back to the article to be very precise about the time-specific procedure).

Any rats in that age group that you plan on breeding Belle?
Posted 12 April 2014 - 08:01 PM
Crevetterebelle* it means : shrimp rebel
I haven't got plan for breeding now, because after the May's virus, i have to stop breeding, for a crawlspace.
Agevivo, why not but i haven't got lot of time to prepare a big experiment, but I can find on the principle and understanding that there has to.
Sorry for my english, google trad helps me haha.

yes of course. what you did so far is already great.
The initial experiment has a very special frequency, and with time, preliminary results and discussions I wonder if it may have contributed to the so large life extension reported:
-- they started with male Wistar rats at age 10 months
-- they administered the solutions every day during one week (une fois par jour sept jours d'affilés; typiquement pendant des congés)
-- then weekly until the end of the second month (ensuite une fois par semaine sept semaines d'affilées)
-- and then every two week until the end of the 7th month of the experiment (ensuite une fois toute les deux semaines pendant 5 mois)
So, in total, only 7 months of treatment however the animals (reportedly) lived very long.
One explanation would be (no one knows so far how reproducible the result is and, if well reproducible, what explains it) that the fast and strong start with c60 could have adapted the liver (as it is demonstrated that c60 protects the liver very well against strong oxidative attacks, so it does something to the liver (even if non toxic)). Slowly disminishing the dose is standard in pharmacology to avoid counter reactions of the body.
So, depending on your time you would (or not):
-- stop administering the solutions that you are currently giving (we are in an unknown territory in terms of duration of treatment, so I would guess that it is equally interesting to continue and stop; but I would like to know what other LongeCIty members think?)
-- receive solutions to test the frequency of the original paper on your 7 rats aged 9-11 months.
Please do what you feel like, in terms of time and will to contribute. What you are doing so far is great; in general researchers do not work on other topics very different than their topic (obviously), so it is difficult to have researchers test c60 on lifespan: it is quite a mixture of different research-worlds (where Baati et al happen to be).

Yesterday, RTD Ohanzee died... cause old age. 27 months.
I look at your proposition AgeVivo, I think it's possible in fact but i don't know if I my job program allows it...
Posted 23 April 2014 - 02:19 AM
Understood, no worry. Take care of you. In any case it is only *if* you happen to have one week of vacations some time and at home. You are doing a great job and I will be very happy to discover what rat was treated by what!
