Here's a list of sulfur containing compounds including those listed in the documents above and more:

MSM - a fairly large molecule that is often claimed to be contaminated with heavy metals. A generally baseless claim unless you're consuming the stuff they use on plants or for making explosives, but it does tend to be expensive. On the benefit side of the fertilizer/explosive form, it comes in easy to swallow pill sized pellets which must have been mistaken by scientists as being intended for human consumption... lol

Taurine - C2H7NO3S, a common and inexpensive supplement which imo makes MSM redundant and has a better spectrum of benefits

Garlic Essential Oil - Allicin doesn't last long and is metabolized into diallyl sulfide and potentially diallyl tri and tetrasulfide. You can just breath it in aromatherapy style and get a fairly consistent dose if you like the smell. People used to hang garlic in their homes and kitchens for the aroma it produced, perhaps they knew it helped you live longer too. I find that if I use it as an aromatherapy that I develop boundless courage.

Raw Garlic Powder - Swanson puts it in pills, but it is among the easiest of things to put in a capsule, no tamping required and it chelates heavy metals. Raises sex hormones. Known to elongate telomeres in cell culture and increase the Hayflick limit by roughly 11%.
Onion Powder - Also contains organosulfur compounds and very easy to encapsulate. Raises sex hormones.

Broccoli Extracts - as mentioned above, sulforaphane is of particular interest and indole 3 carbinol is also of benefit.

Coconut products including oil and juice? - this one is new to me, but as I google it..

Alpha Lipoic Acid - or RALA... though I don't see benefits the way I do from just eating garlic...

Cysteine - or NAC

Milk Thistle - Don't take if you have ragweed allergies.

50% Resveratrol - Apparently sulfur is important to the benefit spectrum of Restorative even if it isn't in the molecule itself.
