I posted recently, but i had another question.

I desperately need to create an exam stack with only 4 weeks to go before my exams begin. This means there is going to be ALOT of cramming. I have a newer list, but i am completely lost, as to what i need and don't. The problem is that some of the stuff, such as Alpha-GPC is very expensive, so i need to be sure i am buying products that wil benefit me greatly. I'm also seeing alot of different supplements that all seem to do the same thing, an example would be the different racetams.

This is where i'm at, at the moment:

Pramiracetam (Fat Soluble)
Alpha GPC (source of choline)
Gingko Biloba (vasodilator)

These 2 I know I definitely need. Other than theses, i am completely lost. I'm seeing things like Huperzine H, Sulbutiamine, Pyritinol, DMAE and various amino acids.

Help is extremely appreciated.

Hi!

The individual descriptions of the different racetams effects might seem identical, but there are nuances. My ability to understand new concepts was better on Aniracetam than on Pramiracetam. It is not uncommon to use more than one "racetam", often on a base of Piracetam.

I am looking for similar effect as you, so I have ordered Phenylpiracetam and Modafinil. This will be my first time trying these so I can not say anything for sure, but the descriptions I have read from people using them seem promising. Modafinil is more of a stimulant, and should not be used often, and not if you want to sleep.

If you add Phenylpiracetam and/or Modafinil to your stack, I think you will have the energy, focus and ability to cram in lots of unusefull information in a short time. Modafinil is hard to get some places, and Phenylpiracetam is quite expensive.

When studying extremely intense for a month it is very important to get enough food, sleep and exercise. If not you will eventually hit a brick wall :)

Good luck!

I wanted to stay away from modafinil because i don't want to be running any risk in the long term. Phenylpiracetam is also quite expensive. Will i be able to get the stamina from my current stack, or are there any other alternatives?

If you have not tried your stack you better check out your reaction to that first, then evaluate. The stamina should not be a problem if you quit reading a few hours before bedtime, and get enough sleep.

I have experienced no extra stamina with Pramiracetam and Choline, but the new things are easier understandable and sticks better.
I have not tried GinkoB.

I believe your best shot is phenylpiracetam, it is probably a reason why people are willing to pay for it.
It supposedly gives you lasting energy to do stuff, and helps agains stress(nerves).

For extreme energy/stamina stimulants are best, for short periods. Modafinil is a quite mild stimulant. Adrafinil is supposedly even milder, but a number of people are reporting no effect.

Epiphany D1 contains a mix that seems good, but there are not many reports on effect. I have not tried it, but one months use(1 glass) is within your budget at 65$ for 60 capsules.

You can do some searching on it and evaluate. If you try it I would like to know how you experience goes :)
