I am well aware of Indium and had a personal friend really have great effects with the stuff as far as vigor and some minor health issues diminishing and overall energy levels.

However, he got a sample bottle from a friend who mixes Indium Sulfate with Reverse Osmosis filtered water and now swears by this stuff.

So I was wondering what the concensus is on this Indium. I know Indiumease is the main one that's out there, but I'd personally rather make my own so I know its pure and does not have filler like some products do.

Please do share.

Thanks guys. Love this Forum!!!!

I tried it and still have the bottle. I quit taking it after a while, i just saw no value in it. My take on it is its about as effective as homeopathy. I know thats not what you wanted to hear but it won't hurt you if you take very small doses. I also did not get any benefit from low dose naltrexone, which is entirely different i know. I try various things and what works i stay with.

I have used Indium off and on for about 2 years. It definitely helped my sleep. I take it first thing in the morning.

I don't think there's exactly a 'consensus' here on Indium. Does anyone actually know how it works?

There are testimonials all over the net but no scientific research supporting it, that i'm aware of. I tried it mainly for sleep which is one of my problems. I try a lot of things and none have killed me yet and a few have worked out well. I tell doctors about things that work well for me and they kind of ignore it. Its found in such trace amounts that if it was helpful, a milligram should last you a long time. A microgram a day should be plenty if its absorbed. I was hoping at least a good placebo effect would take place but alas, nothing.

It may work for the next person, it just did not seem to help me.
