Hmm but they work on different receptors.
Is, according to those who took it, IDRA/Suni method of action not a good way for better learning/memory? Mood/motivation?

Damn, my head hurts a little - looks like yesterday it was too much. Not the best experience so far
Going to try to tune it with noopept etc...

Headache is gone.
Can report:
Considerable improvement in read access to memories.
Good mood, relaxed.
^Unless it's all placebo.

Yes, they do work on different receptors, but for everything you've asked for, I've found N-acetyl Semax Amidate alone to be far superior to IDRA-21. IDRA-21 only wins out in eliminating fatigue.Hmm but they work on different receptors.

Hmm 2 days after I agree..it was quite bad experience for me overall. Maybe dosage too high, I don't know. Having tried Unifram many times I would vote for it too.
Only distinction I have seen (if thats not placebo) are IDRA effects on: better "read" access but also mood instability. I was overjoyed now I am irritated/tired.

This thread is a bit old, so I hope that someone is reading this.
I am reporting that I started IDRA-21, sublingually, yesterday with 25 mg.
Shortly I noticed clearer cognition and then read more here and saw that someone had tried, I think it was 111 mg, and had a great experience, so I added another 85 mg and IDRA-21 definitely improved my short-term memory, sensory register and after an hour or two I noticed that the chronic, maybe dozens of years of tinnitus that I have learned to live with was maybe 5% as bad as it has been for a long time, if that.
There is a "reality check" to it that changed my tendency to look for the upside in situations to being more circumspect and taking the downside just as seriously.
I can see why someone with suicidal tendencies might find them taking control. Which is what appears to have happened to Isochroma-Reborn, who wrote a brilliant essay on what IDRA-21 did for him - but he talked about "exiting" and now his profile is dead.
I did 25 mg sublingual today, because even though I've read that IDRA-21 can last 48 hours, it felt like some of the cognitive effects were slightly less today.
However, I will wait another 3 days to re-dose at probably 100 mg.
I've tried over a dozen nootropics, including Sunifiram and Unifiram and none of them has done what IDRA-21 has done for my cognition.
It has even cleared up my ADHD'ish difficulty with focusing on one task at a time, which Sunifiram and Unifiram did to a small extent, just not like this.
This is amazing.

I also quit using it after a few tries.
There is definitely something about IDRA-21 that gives one tremendous focus on reality, but that reality eventually turns into it not being worth living with the challenges that life presents.
Not OK.

if you are taking a new noot for a extended length of time
You might want to consider adding brain food to your diet .
along side my full blown noots such as (nsi-189 ,indra-21, prl853,sodium valporite,alpha-gpc and a few racetams )
i take daily lesser nootropics which are like superfoods for my brain.
such as lions mane extract ,cats claw extract, green tea extract, periwinkle extract (vinpocetine) ginkgo Bilbao extract,
krill oil , blueberry extract, curium(a neuro protective ) coq10 (i like the mouth spray bottles ) and Dihydromyricetin
and a few others
this helps my body to process noots and use them.
i have used idra-21 for a while (12 months give or take a few weeks) and have had no negative side effects.
to quote Aqua "If life didn't suck we would all fall off"
and to quote myself
"life would not be any more absurd if the moon was actually made of cheese"
just relax and try to enjoy the ride

How do you dose IDRA-21?

What dose of IDRA-21 are you taking?
Posted 18 August 2016 - 12:49 AM
i take 10mg twice a day along with a cornucopia of other nootropics
i find it most effective when allowed to sit in my mouth for a period of time , i then suck a hard boiled sweet to get rid of the taste. (the best) or wash it down with a glass of water.

Thank you. I take most of the nootropics that you listed.
And thanks for the info on your dosing.
I'll re-try IDRA-21m as it seemed to produce the most effect on improving cognition of anything that I've tried, except that it maybe equal to flmodafinil.
Have you tried flmodafinil? And if so, can you compare it to IDRA-21?

From what I gather, IDRA-21 lasts something like 2-3 days in the body.
What is your reasoning in dosing it twice a day?
Thank you!

i used www.lumosity.com & http://www.cambridgebrainsciences.com/ to plot its effect on my cognitive functions.
it may stay in the body for two to three days ,but for cognitive enhancement it works best for the first 6 hours
so low doses twice a day works well.
i find high doses can affect my ability to assimilate (blend in ) making it best to do lower doses at work or in public spaces

That's about what I've noticed, too. So twice a day makes sense.
One of the effects it has that nothing else has done is reduce my dozen's of years of chronic tinnitus.
When I trialed it before it pretty much killed the tinnitus after a few days.
Thanks to your insight I'm trying it again.
I thought that I would always experience rather loud tinnitus. Amazing!
Have you noticed any effect on sleep?

I think this stuff either gave me mania or potentiated a manic episode. I am considering trying PRL 8 53 again, I think it was the IDRA that was messing me up or the synergy between IDRA, PRL 8 53, and adderall. All I really remember was that in Dec 2013 I was in the ICU for a couple weeks and when i recovered a few weeks later I went completely psychotic and got committed.

idra, prl and adderall. and i thought i was a major league guinea pig
even the ones on just idra.. it's just too much of a good thing. cycle it, taper it, do whatever. i believe with extended use the brain is growing too many dendrites and overwhelming itself with new signals, going beyond its carrying capacity. left untreated, it might progress to epilepsy or mixed psychoses

Wow, I see common similarities in the reports!
Headache
Anxiety
Sweating
They match up perfectly with acetylcholine overload.
Or more likely hyperpotentiation of cholinergic receptors:
http://en.wikipedia....phate_poisoning
Verifiable by concurrently dosing an anticholinergic.
Real cause is overdose. 5mg is too much and for some 2mg is an overdose.
