IDRA-21

IDRA-21 is an ampakine drug derived from aniracetam. IDRA-21 is a chiral molecule, with (+)-IDRA-21 being the active form.[1]

IDRA-21 shows nootropic effects in animal studies, significantly improving learning and memory. It is around 10-30x more potent than aniracetam in reversing cognitive deficits induced by alprazolam or scopolamine,[2][3] and produces sustained effects lasting for up to three days after a single dose.[4] The mechanism for this action is thought to be through promoting the induction of long-term potentiation between synapses in the brain.[5]

So, it's a derivative of a racetam that has significant nootropics qualities. Wwhat else can you want? This IS the King of nootropics AFAIK.

Whos interested?

Show of hands please. hehe

Really, if this racetam derivative of Aniracetam nootropic doesnt work out I dont know what will. I might move on to LLLT or tDCS or TUS.

I just found out I can obtain a small quantity of IDRA-21 from a reputable laboratory in the UK, as they have already synthesized it. :)

Consequently, I am going to acquire a small amount and try it. I will be sure to post my personal experience with it. ;)

Incidentally, I have calculated the HUMAN EQUIVALENT DOSAGE (HED) range for IDRA-21 using the study on MONKEYS as the reference; wherein, the 'best dose' range for the MONKEYS was reported to be 0.15 - 3 MG / KG

Therefore, the HED = 0.15 x (12 / 37) to 3 x ( 12 / 37) = 0.049 to 0.973 MG / KG ;)

Very keen to try this one, any group buys count me in but vendors also take notice, there is a big demand!

I'm in.

I think it is really nice to see we have some overlap in the group buys. It means we'll have some diverse experiences with direct comparisons.

A week from now there may well be no places left, and if it really is going to be something like a grand each then I'm thinking this won't be happening at all.
