Hello people,

I'm relatively new to nootropic stacks and I'm loving them... but I need your help....
I'm looking to enhance mental focus, motivation and creativity mainly for writing...

Currently I'm using (per day of intended writing):

Acetyl L Carnitine 2-3grams (works well but still experimenting with dose... suggestions?)
Omega 3's (500mg)
CoQ10 (120mg)

Looking at adding:

L-Theanine
L-Arginine

Any other recommendations?

I'm curently in Korea so I cant order in any Piracetam or any of those...
Im using Iherb as my main supplier at the moment....

Appreciate any help :)

Throw all that useless stuff in the trash and pick up some real stuff like the racetams. A racetam such as oxiracetam will undoubtedly improve your creativity beyond anything else before. You should also take this with a choline source such as cdp choline or just plain choline bitartrate, because racetams use up choline in the brain if your not taking adequate amounts of choline, it could give you a headache.

Hi

are you actually taking 500mg of omega3 or 500mg of fish oil?

1gr of fish oil usually contains 250mg of omega3 and Vit A and D.

The racetams are restricted in Korea and in my home country Australia.. need a doctor to sign it off...

The Acetyl L-carnitine has been given me great results so far... so not so useless as you say....

Yes Piracetam is restricted in Australia but there are other racetam options that aren't. There are even Australian stores selling racetams if you look
