So I saw the topic below (1), and followed the link to the article of origin and saw that the ACLU was announcing their success and using it as a fundraising opportunity. People are more likely to make a donation when there is a success and they have something to believe in. We should capitalize on our community trials of C60 for LC by publishing a paper on them. AV's 30 month mice are a great milestone considering their condition.
Further, there are lots of other trials and case studies in the works, so why not develop a fill in the blank report that could be published for each individual or as part of a group of case studies highlighting the effects we've discovered and scientific leads we've generated through our efforts. We could then seek media attention (not for C60, but rather for our communities' efforts to generate good science) and use that media attention to generate donations by announcing the information along with the LC web address and location of the donation button and making C60 the front page story with a nice big DONATE NOW button.
As I see it, there are a number of potential therapeutic uses for C60 including:
1. Liver conditions (about 2000 people die a year in the US waiting for a liver, C60 has great liver penetration and could be excellent for many conditions and prevent the need to live on someone else's liver and immune suppressors that lead to other problems and shortened lifespans)
2. Prevention of many age related problems that we'll know of with continued research
3. Strength/endurance training
4. Others, what can you guys think of?
