Hey guys, first time poster here.
I was wondering if anyone had any advice as to what supplements I have and how I should go about taking them.
I have n-acetyl-l tyrosine, l-dopa (mucuna puriens) 99%, pheynlpiracetam, d-aspartic acid, and magnolia bark .
I was taking n-acetyl-l tyrosine and l-dopa somewhat regularly for a bit until I did further research on them and found a lot of negative reviews on this site and also some positive ones. Anyone take those? I've heard NALT is safe for the most part but L-dopa isn't? Also, you're suppose to take Green tea extract with L-dopa right?
There is also controversy about DAA as well it seems. This is all pretty depressing to me, originally most of these looked pretty safe--specifically bought them to help increase muscle gains but this doesn't seem effective if they have adverse side-effects.
I'm guessing I am wondering if anyone has tips as to whether I should take the l-dopa/NALT/DAA...and if there is anything I should be taking them with like the green tea extract.
Phenylpiracetam hasn't really done anything to me it seems and I took a 60ish milligram dose. I suppose next time I will take some fish oil to hopefully get better results.
