GEBR-7b being a PDE4 inhibitor allows camp to increase. I wonder what else it does. Does the increase of Camp explain the degree of memory improvement claimed. http://www.ncbi.nlm....cles/PMC2114106. I wonder whether it also increases NGF. I believe the study only measured camp in the hippocampus. So what is the actual cause of the cognitive improvements credited to GEBR-7b. Camp plus NGF stimulate Neuron growth. If it is the neuron growth that causes the memory increase maybe something like lions mane mushrooms and ashitaba might work synergistically to increase the amount of NGF and increase the effects of GEBR-7b.

HI,

Im probably way late on this and a newish member (long time reader). I have enough money for a full share and enthuasism to spare. Im in the USA, NC. If the test is already started, I would like to get in on the next trial or reorder. Injections are not a problem for me, just need exact directions in dosage and where to inject- if it matters.

Im kinda surprised nobody has mentioned the rolipram effects on repairing spinal lesions in rats and a study showing functional recovery in thoracic injury. At least here in the US, flouride in our water supply has shown significant IQ reduction in Harvard studies. Unneeded and dangerous vaccines are full of heavy metals, perservatives, and animal viruses (like sv-40). Kids today take 52x the number of vaccines of my grandparents. Which leads to more IQ reduction, health problems.

It would be interesting to see if this gebr-7b might actually increase IQ in some cases, along with memory. Like actual CNS healing. Or even help peripheral nerve damage, like in a car accident.

I laughed so hard when "Azt" was mentioned. I wish.

Great to hear from you Charles555nc. I'm thinking GEBR-7b could turn out to be a very good compound. I had not thought about the implications of the rolipram study on spinal lesions though I had remember the title. It would be nice if it caused neurogenesis. GEBR-7b is compared to rolipram as a PE4D inhibitor and increasing LTP. We don't know that it is an analogue of rolipram in other ways. Though we can hope. I think your filling the spot will be what it takes to get this ship sailing again. A few of us have invested in it and we have been waiting for some more interest. Hopefully our group leader is around somewhere and will respond to you soon!

I don't think it absorbs orally or can be digested. So blotter wouldn't work. Maybe a nasal spray might? I would go with what the studies say though.

I hope someone would try the nasal spray, or maybe eye drops.

Alright guys. I apologize for the lack of any updates. Unfortunately, I ran into just one problem. Literally, just before I was going to start the synthesis, I lost my wallet. My ID was in there which is required for any sort of Western Union transaction. My drivers license should be in the mail in a few weeks. If you guys don't wanna wait that long, I'd be able to transfer the money to anyone reputable enough who'd want to take on the responsibility of the group buy. What option would you guys wanna go with? Wait til I get my ID or have someone else run the group buy? I'm fine with either options.

Ok so,

Ive been very patient...but lets get our stories straight? You lost your id, and your waiting for someone to put it in the mail and send it back to you?

And this has taken several months?

If you were us, at what point do you think we should think we got scammed? Or am I missing something?

I second this sentiment! I'm keen on giving people the benefit of the doubt, but if distribution can't be completed within a reasonable specified time frame, then canceling the group buy would be the most suitable option for all parties involved.

KoolK3n, I'm quoting you to be sure you get notified. It's about time you provide a couple of answers don't you think?
Either give us update on the order/synthesis or just start returning funds. It's just easier for everyone, even for you... believe me.

Ok I figure a month is plenty of time to get back to us. Kool's last post was October 9th so two more days and Ill relay his personal information here, name, bank account etc...and we can crowd source some ways to get our money back. I suspected a scam, but this website seemed so professional, ambitious, and serious...

You're going to find bad people amongst any community. It's really a shame that some individuals might scam others during a group buy because it's pretty much the only way we can get some very sought after compounds without breaking the bank.

Not acusing the topic starter of anything, just wanted to reply to you.
