I consume 2 virgin flaxseed oil capsules per day as part of my nootropic stock.

(1 capsule- 412 mg ALA, 90 mg linolenic acid, 150 mg oleic acid)

I recently read that ALA is useless in diabetics and people with diseases; and also has no proven efficacy in healthy people too, as the amount that is converted to DHA and EPA is very less.(almost negligible in unhealthy people).

How much EPA DHA would this capsule roughly provide me?

SHould i ditch this and try and import EPA DHA concentrate capsules from abroad?
