I should add that I'll be getting my choline source from eggs or chicken for lunch.

I've also used tDCS occasionally but not enough to see any major difference but the last time I did use it, I felt a bit more scatter brained. Other times, I felt a slight mood boost. Right now I'm just focusing on lllt and will add tDCS maybe once a week.

When I have the funds, I'd like to give Neuroptimal or the Q-wiz neurofeedback machine a try.

So I now have basically all the necessary ingredients in my posession, and will restart TULIP again. I have a few substitutes in my stack though...

Adrafinil, 300mg (cheaper substitute for Modafinil. Basically the same, as it gets metabolized into Modafinil. Probably hard on the liver if taken for too long)
Idebenone, 200mg (again, a cheaper substitute for PQQ. Synthetic form of Q10. Cheaper if you have to order from within Europe, that is)
Q10, 300mg
Shilajit extract (5%) 300mg
Pregnenolone 100mg
Glucose 1g
D-Ribose 5g

I am not quite sure about the dosage of each component, that will likely take some fine tuning. I am also aware that Modafinil (or Adrafinil) are not a prudent part of the basic stack. But since Modafinil really helps my fatigue and general wellbeing, and Lostfalco is taking it too, I'll give it a try.

One question though, to Lostfalco specifically: I understand you take Modafinil in the morning, and other things like Q10, PQQ and Glucose etc. in the evening, just before using the Laser/LEDs?

I'm asking because during my short previous trial of TULIP I noticed that LEDing before bed actually impairs my sleep.
However, if I took all the supplements + Adrafinil in the morning and then instantly used my LEDs, could that hypothetically result in a total overkill?

EDIT: Damn auto-format! >_<

Hey, what's up Chris? Glad to hear you're gonna give TULIP another go.

I am actually not currently taking Modafinil (I stopped in early September) but I did take it first thing in the morning back when I was on it. As for the other supplements...I usually take those in the morning as well. For example, I would wake up at 6am and take Modafinil and then take PQQ/CoQ10/Shilajit at 6:30am.

Glucose is a tricky one and I still haven't found a consistently optimal way of incorporating it. I would suggest waiting till lunch to try it and def practice minimum effective dosing.

Lactate is another very interesting energy source that I would suggest looking into (besides glucose and fat). It seems to synergize pretty well with the TULIP supplements. Joe had a couple of articles about it a few months back.

Also, if possible, I would def recommend taking PQQ. In my humble opinion, it's the most important one. =)

Def nothing wrong with lasering in the morning or middle of the day. The laser has more of a 'regulatory' effect than a 'stimulatory' effect in my experience. If I laser in the day I usually laser for 20 (ish) minutes, work for 10-20 minutes (I usually get a short energy boost), then close my eyes, breathe deeply (to get more oxygen), and rest for about 20 minutes. I generally feel my brain kick back in at about the 20 minute mark and I have huge energy boost after that. Just a few suggestions for experimentation. Hope it works for you man!

How about adding chaga mushroom tea? It is rich in super oxide dismutase.
