Just added chicken to my diet for first time in 15 years, what changes should I notice?

So, I was a vegetarian for a long time. Since age 13. I was even vegan for a couple years (that didn't work out, due to lack of energy and Libido and shit like that).

Anyway, I have incrementally added animal products back in, first with dairy, then with fish for the last couple years. But I still felt as if something was missing.

So, I decided to take the experimental plunge this week and add grass fed, cage free chicken to the diet.

I started this less than a week ago, but my question to the Paleo people is this.

What should I be looking for as far as differences in how I feel physically and mentally?

Should I expect my dick to be hard all day? Better muscle retention? More hair on my legs?

More info about the diet.

I don't consume any grains right now. Most of what I eat is Fish, all natural greek yogurt, berries, banana's, eggs, skim milk with no added growth hormones, kale, broccoli, Dark Chocolate, etc.

So I am pretty much Paleo at this point.

This is the "sex drive diet", I am guessing?

I should notice increased stamina, yes? Increase in gains, yes? Increase in sex drive, yes?

Okay, so you guys tell me.

The chief thing you will notice is that chicken is delicious. I don't know if it will be so delicious that your dick will become hard all day, but it might.

What about Turkey meat? What would be the davantages of adding a little gobble gobble to my stringent paleo/sissoniston regimen?

Speaking of dead, these chicken tender fillets are easy to cook bro, it's like 5 minutes each side and babam, ready to eat. I am glad I don't kill these poor things more than they already are dead.

But yet, I notice a little more sperm production now.

Is this normal when adding land animals back in to the regimen?

Sorry, I've never paid attention to this voting system in any way.

I remember Michael Rae recommending Turkey over Chicken as being a more optimal poultry source. I can't remember why, but I personally would prefer turkey over chicken. The chicken processing industry is pretty disgusting, if you've ever seen a cage/plant.

I'm not sure why turkey would be better than chicken, but if I had to guess I'd say it was the omega 6/3 ratio. Apparently that is a weak spot with typical chicken. One change that might be noticed after not eating chicken for 15 years is that it doesn't taste very good any more. Modern chicken is some kind of mutant bird that produces mostly dry "white meat", which I guess is favored by white people. Or something. I rarely eat chicken any more, unless it's pretty heavily disguised. And that's not even considering the appalling meat processing industry, which is the best reason ever to be a vegetarian.

Yea but as indicated I am sticking with the cage free, free range, grass fed stuff. Why is Turkey a better source of bird protein?

Just curious, have you tried seafood like oyster/shrimp/lobster ?


That is a regular part of my diet.

I added chicken as an experiment to see if I felt any better than previously energy wise and what have you.

So far I note an increase in energy.

Again, I am eating the free range, cage free stuff with no hormones added.

The reason I am adding a little land animal is as an experiment since most of the Bros seem to think it is replete in enzymes that raise the big T in men.

Plus last I checked chicken had some carninutrients, taurine in it I believe.

I agree with your take on the environmental impact of factory farming. Which is why I am only consuming what I know to be humanely raised animals.

I agree it is stereotypical and I use to think it meant nothing but you are talking to someone who was a vegetarian for many years. And I could gain a little muscle but maintaining it is a real bitch without some kind of land animal protein.

I really think Chicken meat (cage free) has an effect on male hormones, and probably other meats. This is of course based entirely off my personal experience.

Fish has things land animals don't, but land animals have something fish does not. Whatever it is increases my manhood.

Meat is pretty much the most nutrient dense food on the planet. However, even organic sources are pumped full of endocrine disrupting chemicals. You were probably just deficient in certain minerals/vitamins and adding in chicken has assisted in correcting that. Perhaps you're just feeling high from the beba carbolines. I've never heard of chicken turning a man into a stallion. Unless the meat is of exceptional quality (hardly any of it is).High in zinc, selenium, magnesium and all the other cofactors needed for testosterone production.

As regards the minerals and such, I have been taking a multi-vitamin half dose as well, and was taking full doses prior to the re-introduction of chicken into the diet.

That might be it. Excess omega-3 can lead to lipid peroxidation over the longterm, and in turn affect your sperm.

I have not changed my dosage since re-introducing chicken and my production is up.

Watch out for nightmares, I would expect nightmares to cause stress in the human brain, stress which can then carry onwards into your daily life. If your brain isnt getting enough quality restful non-nightmareish sleep then you could end up having an accident which would kill you from a lack of sleep, eg car accident, something similar, etc.

Whenever I eat chicken I get nightmares, I dont know what it is from but it appears to be all chicken types which are affected, ones with a lot of herbs, ones which are organic without herbs, ones which are prepackaged, etc.

And no I dont kill my own chickens, this is from store bought chickens.
