So, I was a vegetarian for a long time. Since age 13. I was even vegan for a couple years (that didn't work out, due to lack of energy and Libido and shit like that).
Anyway, I have incrementally added animal products back in, first with dairy, then with fish for the last couple years. But I still felt as if something was missing.
So, I decided to take the experimental plunge this week and add grass fed, cage free chicken to the diet.
I started this less than a week ago, but my question to the Paleo people is this.
What should I be looking for as far as differences in how I feel physically and mentally?
Should I expect my dick to be hard all day? Better muscle retention? More hair on my legs?

I don't consume any grains right now. Most of what I eat is Fish, all natural greek yogurt, berries, banana's, eggs, skim milk with no added growth hormones, kale, broccoli, Dark Chocolate, etc.
So I am pretty much Paleo at this point.
This is the "sex drive diet", I am guessing?
I should notice increased stamina, yes? Increase in gains, yes? Increase in sex drive, yes?
