I also take a weak multi-vitamin to plug in any nutritional deficiencies that I might have.

I consider adding the following two protocols:

How long are you on this stack and what effect did it have on your life?
Could you attribute any accomplishments to it?
Could you give a bit more background on yourself (age, occupation, study,…)

Update:
I'm going off of acetyl l-carnitine for a few days to test if it's what's giving me headaches and making me feel sluggish.

How long are you on this stack and what effect did it have on your life?
I've been "on" it for a month. Piracetam 5 days, centrophenoxine 3 days. Taking nootropics has been very beneficial for me. I can study harder than I've ever been able to before and I still feel motivated enough to do other things in my freetime. I slacked too much at the start of the semester, by accident. I took phenibut and became so careless that I didn't read up on things in time.

Could you attribute any accomplishments to it?
I'm faster at learning new stuff and memorizing what I've read, I'm less nervous and have become confident in my abilities,.

Could you give a bit more background on yourself (age, occupation, study,…)
Age: 23.
Occupation: Full-time student.
Study: Computer science (calculus, algorithms, programming).

Accomplishments
Date (August - so before I started taking this stack.)
My vision has slightly improved. I'm now down to -2 on my right eye, from -2,5. The optician wanted to to double check to make sure, and booked a new appointment the day after. The second time I went to have an eye exam it turned out that my right eye was less astigmatic on top of slightly improved vision.

Accomplishments
My reading comprehension has gotten better. I used to have diffulty with comprehending and remembering everything that I read because of my losing focus whilst in the middle of reading a sentence and/or not integrating the content with stuff that I've already read. I read in a scientific journal that positive changes in the brain is detectable after 100 hours of reading and in the same article, that reading Shakespeare excites the brain as it struggles to 'connect' the dots and discern the meaning of Shakespeare's texts. (The Shakespeare effect.) Hard work and tenacity pays off.

I haven't actually added forskohlii (forskolin content unknown, unfortunately) yet, but plan to do so as soon as they deliver it.

Why are you asking?
