Seconded. It's probably anxiety. However it could be hormones or some sort of nitric oxide thing. Try 8-10 mg of yohimbine, perhaps (the typical 4mg dose isn't high enough for most people). Or, see your doctor. They can run tests.

Pramiracetam wouldn't have any long term effects.

Maybe you could be one of the minority that is kind of allergic to some "brain stuff, like me, one time i was messed by brain drugs, so from there i try everything first in a low dose , even less than the active dose.

But i wouldnt be worried too much, i was 3 months or sexual handicaped from 1 hard drug low dose, and i recover with the time, so i guess you will too.
