I've been a paying Longecity member for two years and have donated in the past to the lipofuscin laser ablation fundraiser.

My membership recently lapsed and I haven't had the opportunity to renew it.

In the last 10 days I have had 8 or 9 applications (.apk files named "Mobogenie") force uploaded to my smartphone when I log on to Longecity. This doesn't happen with any other site I log on to. I also am randomly redirected to some bullshit site about earning money while working at home when I log on through my PC.

Whilst this sort of treatment inspires me to hurry up and re-register, I'm not sure I want to sponsor a a site that resorts to such lengths to extract value from non paying members. It's really unacceptable.
